A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!

This company sold me a HVAC System Maintenance Plan to come twice a year. The agreement says that it comes with a 2 year part and labor warranty, and that part of the cleaning process included the condensation drain.We discovered, after having to rip out all of the flooring in our bathroom, that the condensation drain that was serviced last summer, and that was going to be serviced again this summer, was never cleaned and leaked through the walls into our master bathroom and closet and hall closet. We thought the leak was from our shower but it turned out to be from the AC. We called the company that installed the brand new unit in august of 2020 and they came and saw the condensation drain. They said that was what caused the leak and that there was no way that that condensation drain was cleaned 7/22/21 as Williams supposedly did. A second company came and gave the exact same opinion: that if Williams had properly cleaned the condensation drain last July as the maintenance agreement says they would, there is no way it could have leaked like it did.When I called Williams, the woman apologized, explained there would be a charge to come out but that Williams stands by their work and that she was sure they would fix the problem with no charge. Jon, the tech called me and told me that he could come out for $98 plus an extra $47 after hours service charge but that drains are never under warranty even when serviced. He said it could have been the day after they came to clean it and it still wouldn’t be covered. I read through the maintenance agreement and no where does it say that drains are not under warranty and furthermore it says that labor has a 2 year warranty. Jon came and was completely rude, from the start. When my neighbor, a licensed HVAC tech and general contractor told him that there is no way that was cleaned last year, Jon responded “prove it”. I recorded the entire conversation on my phone. I went through my emails and saw I never got pictures from service last July and when I asked Jon to show me where those were he said “I’m not going to show you. You will have to call the office”. Then, after telling me that to clean the drain it would be another $150 on top of the service call fee, he began to walk around the house trying to take pictures, saying that if I was going to say their company didn’t clean it properly and caused the leak, he was going to take pictures. I told him to not take another step into my house. He reminded me that I had to pay the service call charge. I paid him, he never sent me a receipt of charges and left. My neighbor luckily offered to clean the drain. This will not make up for the thousands of dollars of damage to my house from the leak this caused due to lack of proper maintenance.

The technicians were highly knowledgeable and professional. They were right on time and were very helpful. They did not try to up sell us or talk us into unnecessary services. They are top notch! We will most certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
