I would definitely use this company again. They were super nice on the phone even when they were calling to let me know that they needed to push the schedule back a little bit. It was not a problem because they let me know ahead of time and they were super nice about it. When the guys arrived they were also very nice, got the job done quickly, and best of all it was affordable and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

A very good plumbing experience. I generally try to tackle small stuff myself - and generally regret it. I needed a plumber fast and called Fite. They were able to get a guy there in about 90 minutes. Scott was personable, professional, and did the job right and in record time. The price seemed a bit steep for the job, but not terrible. Apparently plumbing is just expensive.
I recommend Fite.

Crawl space insulation removal due to squirrel damage, encapsulation painting of all surfaces, and moisture barrier replacement.
Danny and Cody were great, explained the process, and executed the work quickly and professionally. The project site was cleaner after they left than I had it before they started.

Best place ever

We were a long time customer before moving out East and then returning to Indianapolis. They installed a new furnace, AC compressor and water softener late last fall and came back to service both HVAC units. Joe is polite, professional, explains the work he did and even cleaned up after himself. A rarity for a lot of service companies. They even called ahead of time to say somebody was on their way. We would recommend them to anyone that needs service.

I have always had very positive experiences with this company. I've been using them for over 10 years. The service technicians always call before arriving, are clean, polite and pleasant, answering all my questions and giving me clear explanations of the work they performed and of work/repairs they suggest. I receive a text prior to their arrival with a photo of the technician. I feel no pressure to make an on-the-spot decision. The company emails and texts appointment confirmations and reminders. After the appointment I receive an email summary of what they did that day, what potential work items we discussed along with prices and photos. I have no complaints whatsoever!

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!
