I think Mr quick should be up front about estimates on putting in toilets. Customer should be told if they supply their own toilet it's going to be about $1,000 to put in the toilets. Then, I'm pretty sure a customer can decide whether or not they want to spend $89 for someone to tell them it's going to cost them $1,000 to put in two toilets. But I guess that's how you make your money.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) Larry was super helpful in helping me figure out what exactly was needed to hookup my new washout booth to the indoor plumbing in our garage for my screen printing business. He was knowledgeable on a couple ways I could hook it up. He was very professional yet personable while explaining what I needed. He was able to answer all my questions in a way that I understood. He was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. I highly recommend Larry Brown any plumbing needs! I will use him again in the future.

I called up Curt & Jerry Sewer after a referral from another local plumbing company to investigate a sewer gas smell in my house. A couple guys arrived and I explained the issue to them. They offered up some 'advice' on the issue but barely even came inside. Instead of going into the basement to actually investigate, they just told me what they 'probably thought' the issue was from and gave me a $99 service visit bill. Since the issue was not resolved, I contacted another company and they were able to locate the issue within two minutes of being in the basement. I would not recommend contacting Curt & Jerry to look into any issues. Calling them turned out to be a complete waste of $99.
