My 4 year old son put several rocks down our sewer return without us knowing. We figured it out pretty quickly when our backyard became swamped with sewage water ? I called Aberle Plumbing and they sent Mario out right away. He was able to fix the problem quickly and with a smile. These guys are fast, professional, and knowledgeable!

Horrible customer service and deceitful company. Made a appt. Online for 49.95 trip fee only to be called the day of appt to be told its 199.99 to come out. What a scam!

This is a great company to work with. They are competitively priced and were able to quickly complete the repair. They will be my go-to plumbers in the future.

Called them to fix a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. They came and fixed it and billed me the same day. Two months later the same pipe they worked on leaked again. I called and asked if they had any warranty on their work and they said if it was the material or labor on their end it would be covered by their warranty. They came and fixed it again didn't say anything about a charge, no one called after about a bill, thought the matter was done. Then two weeks later they sent me a bill by mail.So I have to pay twice to get the job done right I guess (not to mention having to have my dry wall repaired twice now as well).

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

Ben with Synergy Plumbing was extremely responsive when we had a hot water heater go out. Do to the location of the heater he suggested a tankless unit and we are not sorry.He also is handling the annual filtration of the tankless unit.Two weeks later we had our second water heater and he came out right away to replace that one also.

Not satisfied with the cost of repair. Very overpriced compared to other companies. The technician seemed to imply the sewer line leak was around 5 feet under the foundation. He used his camera so he knew exactly where the leak was but did not clearly state that. The leak was actually right in the elbow set in the foundation within a foot or less of the outer wall. The total charge ended up to be in $7,000 range for a little elbow and 2 feet of pipe.In addition they had 3 separate invoices sent my way which did not correspond to what I agreed to pay based on my discussion with them prior to the repair.Called customer service and after several days of silence I found out they removed the mystery invoice but still the total charge remains at over $7k. They don’t care to negotiate or value customer loyalty, of which I am a repeat customer.In addition they of course subcontract people from who knows where with unmarked vehicles to do the job. No John Moore truck to do the work, which is what you assume you’re paying for. Didn’t even finish the job for days, with rain filling up the hole under the house they dug to repair the pipe on the side of the outer wall. Two guys with a bucket..I realize John Moore is overpriced in general, but this was way over the top. I suggest shopping around bc this kind of greed is ridiculous.

I needed a complete pipe reroute because the pipe under my house collapsed. Vincent and Mondo were fair and did a great job.

I had Joe the Plumber replace the wax ring on my toilet. They quoted me one price on the phone but after the service, they charged more than they had quoted. Over $300 for the repair. The wax ring they used was too thin and when I called them to tell them I was still smelling sewer gas and felt they had used too small of a wax ring, they said they would have to charge me the same price again to replace the new one because the plumber was sure the wax ring had sealed when he put the toilet back on it. I just had someone else do the job and the wax ring had not sealed to the toilet. I’ll never use Joe the Plumber again and will let all of my friends know not to use them.
