Great experience with Joe the Plumber. I requested a bid on the phone and they were able to to give me a quick and pretty accurate ballpark. They were able to get out to my house very quickly. There was no problem with up-selling and they completed the repair quickly and for about what I was quoted. The plumber (Cory) was friendly and professional. Plus, the price I paid was more than $100 cheaper than other estimates I received. I will call Joe the Plumber first for any future plumbing jobs.

Our entire experience from the first phone call to installation of our new hot water heater was simply outstanding! Dillon and his team were very knowledgeable and excellent communicators. We highly recommend this company (Joe The Plumber) for your plumbing needs!

Over the last several years, I have used Joe the Plumber to install all new faucets in my house as well as outside. Last year I noticed the faucet to the pool was spewing water and I was on my way out of town. Call, repair was done within hours and I was able to pay over the phone. Also had to have new hot water installed back in the fall of 2022. I would recommend Joe the Plumber to anyone who needed a reliable company for their plumbing needs.

I find this funny - I scheduled a free quote appointment with Joe the Plumber for two days ago with an arrival time of 12 - 2 PM. They didn't show up and haven't contacted me in any way until I got this request via email this morning: Could you please take 25 seconds to write a review on Google? It's one of the best ways we have of getting new customers. LOL. Are they kidding me? You betcha, Joe the Plumber, I'm happy to write this review since you specifically requested it. Richard with Joe The Plumber was a pleasure to deal with. He reviewed the plumbing issue and provided a firm quote to do the repair. We scheduled the job to be done the Tuesday after the first of the year. Richard was here early and addressed the job in a timely manner. I will be calling Joe The Plumber again when I need an another plumbing issue resolved. They were easy to work with and fair.

The process moved very quickly from initial call, to a rep arriving at my house to provide an estimate, to techs arriving a few hours needed to get the job done. Everyone from Joe the Plumber was very professional and techs performed quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Both team members were excellent and responsive. Also we’re very clean, taking care to use booties, wipe all surfaces when complete and taking all waste products with them. We have used Joe the plumber multiple times and will remain a diligent customer.

Joe the Plumber is excellent! We had an emergency issue with a septic sewer line clog. We made the call and within a few hours a technician arrive to perform the job. We live in Waller and had our urgent situation taken care of right away with professionalism, knowledge, experience and at a fair price. Joe The Plumber will always be my plumber of choice when needed. You will not be disappointed!

I met with Matt who knew exactly what my problem was, a leak underneath the foundation. His crew lead by Josh, came in on a Thursday morning and repiped my entire house in one day. Very professional and thorough. They picked up the materials and vacuumed after each Sheetrock cut they made. They stayed until the early evening to make sure the job was completed. Virginia in the office was very helpful in getting the right financial agreement in place for me. I will recommend this company to my family and friends. Very satisfied with the work. Had to place an after hours call and on a Sunday. On call plumber was there within the hour. I had purchased a whole new shower kit due to the water not shutting off at all. The cartridge in the new box was faulty so thankfully he had one of his truck and fixed it and put the hardware back on! Explained everything to myself and my husband. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Great company to work with. Our outside backflow line broke on Christmas Eve. I was able to text them with very quick responses and an exact diagnosis and quote from the pictures I sent. They arrived a couple hours later and fixed issue. Every other company had us waiting on the phone and no availability for 4 days, but Joe had it fixed in a couple hours. I recommend and would use again.

Very good , experience and polite staff. Honest in their work and perfect in their job skills. Told me and showed me the problem with my Flush seal and fixed it like a pro in no time. Fixed price that I checked and found to be competitive in the market.

A pipe in the yard busted and needed repair. The technician came out, diagnosed it and was ready to perform the work. Which is great however, I declined because there was no price given up front. I called the office to be told it would be $400.00 and it needed to be paid in full within 7 days of the quote given. I didn’t go on with the repair. There should be a payment plan set up for customers. And also a great tip for your business is technicians should not be able to perform a service without the customers knowledge of cost.

Joseph was very professional. It was after hours, but he came out and did the job. He explained what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He has excellent customer service. Lol...I thought he was the owner, but he said No, I am Joe, a plumber, not Joe the Plumber. He is definitely an asset to your company. I highly recommend this company and Joseph for all of your plumbing needs.

Joe installed the whole house water filter system. He was excellent, both professional and friendly and knowledgeable. His work quality is outstanding, and this company offers ongoing assistance for anything that might come up in the future. When a plumber is needed again it will be Joe the Plumber. I am a now forever customer. I use to pass this business everyday on my way to work. My husband and I have started to do mini projects that requires true skill. I called Joe Plumbing on Thursday 3/6 and they said they would have someone come out for consultation today. Juan M came out and was very professional and listen to our goals. They even had time to squeeze in our first goal of changing out the toilet. He was very neat, clean and got the job done! I would recommend anyone give the a try. I had a problem with an internal water leak that was affecting my floors and wall. I place the call late on Friday afternoon and the plumber visit the house by 6 pm. After diligent inspection of lines the plumber found the clogged AC discharge line in the attic. He cleaned the line and solved the problem avoiding further damage to the floors. I'm very happy for their quick response, reasonable cost and expertise in leak detection as the line was difficult to reach.

Even though I'd been given a window of arrival time, the plumber called when on his way and gave me an estimate of arrival time. He was professional, courteous, explained the problem in terms I could understand, worked quickly and efficiently and even stayed late to complete the job until 830 pm on a Friday. This is my second time using this company, and it won't be the last. Lastly, they were several hundred dollars less expensive than the first estimate we got.

My wife and I are very particular about plumbing services. A top notch plumber is hard to find. Joe the Plumber had been recommended to us. We had them install a new hot water heater. They did a very professional job. Very thorough. Very careful, which was much needed as our hot water heater is in the attic. When it comes to plumbing services-- you want this level of work done or you will have it done twice or more times. We recommend them highly.

We first used JtP to replace a water heater. I believe a friend recommended them, but I can't recall. Since then, we've had them on our short list of home service companies. Most recently, we call them out to insulate our attic pipes ahead of a freeze. The price was a little higher than I wanted (Im cheap like that), but the job was quick & done well. Afterward, the plumber showed me a video of the completed work and explained what they did. 6 days later, our neighborhood experienced another hard freeze, which resulted in a lot of burst pipes for neighbors and acquaintances... but not ours. For now, we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to call them again.

Our plumber, Joseph was was very professional and punctual. He took care of a clogged drain efficiently and without any issues. He explained everything in advance and was friendly throughout. I would recommend Joe the Plumber and Joseph for your plumbing needs.

They came and helped turn off our water at the main. Explained on what to do for our frozen water lines. Josh was very helpful and pleasant in dealing with this upsetting situation. I called on Christmas Eve after the pipes froze. He arrived within 2 hours to resolve multiple issues. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg… took his time resolving issues .. all with a calm, soothing voice and the kindest eyes I have ever seen. I will not hesitate to call again!

Really nice guy. He came very quickly and said that there wasn't anything wrong with the toilet (which had been running). He just needed to turn a knob to reduce the water height. So he said he wouldn't charge us for turning a knob. He also showed me how he fixed it. I would definitely use again, since it is nice to know they are honest as well as timely.

Great job removing 2 leaking builder-grade water heaters and replacing with new Tankless system. Built new platform in attic to hang Tankless and cleaned up all gas/plumbing lines. Also installed new valves for circulation pump. Professional job and loving this new system!

I have used this company twice and they are very efficient. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, they are always on time, and very friendly. Each time I called, there was never an issue with providing a quote so I knew how much the work would be ahead of time. Only down side is the price. They are a bit on the high side with how much they charge, but one up side to that is they do excellent work and don't try to charge more later. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them, just know that they will not be the cheapest, but then again, you get what you pay for. Q.

Joe the Plumber provided quick, friendly, and efficient service in clearing a serious clog in my toilet drain pipes. The line was obstructed by roots, which required a return trip with a hydropressure truck, but the issue was corrected completely. Yosh, the lead technician, kept us informed at every stage, and he showed us the video images both before and after the hydropressure work. We would not hesitate to call Joe the Plumber if necessary in the future, and would be glad to recommend this company to others.

Happy with the service, price and friendly staff. When researching for a contractor they game the best estimate and detailed Quote. Very professional and accurate! I had a claim with a plumber who installed garbage disposal and leave leak from dishwasher stating that was not properly installed. They came over and it was a minor fix. So happy that they were professional to advise, fixed and not overcharge. I will call them again!

We called to have them check out what we knew was a leak, we knew where it was and could tell them how to get there. They instead quoted us a full leak inspection for $387. This was NOT what we asked for and declined service. Found another qualified plumber to investigate for about a hundred bucks including repai and warranty. No, would not call back.

Where do I start. Joe was kind, professional and fast. When he got to my house last night at 10pm, water was literally pouring out of my wall but before he even got inside he was able to stop the leak. By 3pm the next day I had a whole new faucet and I am super happy and grateful. The whole time he was calm and composed and showed empathy. He also was able to do the repair with the pipe being in the worst place imaginable. Thank you Joe, I'll be calling you first for any future work.

After I used a snake and Drano, I called Joe and he came over quickly and within 10 minutes had it cleaned. Still clear months later. Professional and courteous!

The technician from Joe The Plumber was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, while running his roto-rooter down our sink pipe to unclog the system, the roto-rooter busted a hole in one of the bends and knock a hole in the wall of our kitchen sink cabinet. That didn't stop him from the main issue which is to unclog the pipe that goes down to the sewer. After the clog was removed, he fixed the pipe bend and returned the following day to patch up the wall of the kitchen cabinet. Long story short, a little bit of inconvenience for me but the clog was gone and our lives returned to normal. Thank you Joe The Plumber.

We had chosen the wrong Faucet for our kitchen, and he was kind enough to point out what I needed on Google and wait for me to buy it and return. He then installed it at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!

I had Joe the Plumber replace the wax ring on my toilet. They quoted me one price on the phone but after the service, they charged more than they had quoted. Over $300 for the repair. The wax ring they used was too thin and when I called them to tell them I was still smelling sewer gas and felt they had used too small of a wax ring, they said they would have to charge me the same price again to replace the new one because the plumber was sure the wax ring had sealed when he put the toilet back on it. I just had someone else do the job and the wax ring had not sealed to the toilet. I’ll never use Joe the Plumber again and will let all of my friends know not to use them.

I used this business after the freeze and when I asked for a price they never gave me one. All the plumbers were so busy that when they showed up they knew I had no choice as my older sick mother lived with me and we needed water. I had already opened the walls in my garage, so no work there just fix the pipe leak. They charged me around $230 - $260 per leak ( 2 leaks). Then we got out side and my sprinkler was leaking . He did not have he right pipe so capped it off. Found another leak in the wall I did not know about and want over $300 to fix that as had to removed drywall. I did not do that and we ended up shutting water off. Charged me around $600.00 which so much money and had no running water when he left. My neighbor fixed for about $15.00 the next week.

We used Joe the plumber for a gas line run for a generator quick connect. Then we used them again to reset a toilet. Competitive pricing, excellent system for scheduling, excellent communication and very professional. Would highly recommend them for their multifaceted expertise within the plumbing industry.

Would love to give them 5 stars but some of it was a 5 and some a 2, Spent 5k for new tankless heater and Toilet. The staff were pretty good and friendly. The toilet leaked and after repeated requests to repair/replace they just forgot about us. A couple months later the toilet broke, we called again and they came and repaired. They had helped us out during the freeze a couple years ago which was awesome, so will ay great but inconsistent.

2 days before the freeze we discovered a leak in our sprinkler valve. We called Joe the Plumber at 4:15pm and a technician was here at 4:45. He replaced the exposed pipe and valve and added new insulation. The estimate we were quoted on the phone and before the tech started was very reasonable and the bill was actually a tad less!! We HIGHLY recommend Joe the Plumber.

An email inquiry I posted was never responded to so I phoned.Everyone I spoke to by phone was great!They had friendly, calm manners and clear speech.Fast service response time was awesome!The service expert, Jeremy was affable and knowledgeable.While the leak was stopped for the faucet outside, there is quite a gap between the exposed pipe and wall. It makes the repair kind of look insecure and unfinished.In addressing the water from the lawn, the leak was found and the water turned off, with the grass left in a kind of disorderly state.Still,appreciation for the main issue being fixed!

Jimmy is a very professional plumber that has fixed a few issues for me lately. He installed a tankless hot water heater. Although he had to come back a few times because the unit wasn't working properly, he was determined to make sure my family had hot water. We are very satisfied with Joe the Plumber and Jimmy as our technician.

Toilet was backing up in shower. We had the $99 drain unclog people come out. They gave us a quote (was not the unclog price). I then called Joe The plumber. They quoted me a lower price, Joe actually found my outside drain, cleaned the clog. Then the best thing. They ran a camera to make sure it was clear. They found a small ball and a very old screw driver, My drain should never clog again, Thanks Joe the Plumber

We have used this company twice, and both times they did a great job. We had dishwasher water back up issues, and they cleaned out the clogged hose. Very professional.

Service has always been top notch. Knowledgeable and friendly. Value of service is getting questionable. I found the cost for annual descaling of tankless water heater to be expensive. Nearly $400 for a service that took 5 minutes to start and 5 minutes to end with a 40ish minute gap in between during which he was able to clear a couple of slow drains and install a new kitchen sprayer, all of which had their own fees. Will be checking out other options for this service next year.

Had to call them a couple times for various issues in my bathroom. Always professional, always courteous. And a good value for the money, in my opinion.

Asked to come out to find and fix an upstairs bathroom leak. In ten minutes noticed a bad gasket, was told for myself to put silicone on the leak and to not use the tub. Then was charged $300. I will not use this company again. The leak was not offered to be fixed and I had to repair myself. I was told upfront of the charge, but not that they wouldn’t try to fix the leak.

My experience with Joe the Plumber was very poor. The technician they sent failed to repair the problem and the guarantee the business offered proved to be utterly worthless. I would advise anyone requiring plumbing services to avoid calling Joe the Plumber as they provide exceptionally low quality service. I would rate this business in the most negative manner possible.

I had called Joe The Plumber to give an estimate for entire repiping in attic, changing over from old pvc to flexible piping. They scheduled a visit, gave a free estimate and explained what needs to be done and what cannot be done. Upon contracting the crew (Matt?) completed the repiping in about a day and tested it. They were courteous, professional and on time. I would highly recommend Joe the Plumber.

No way, will not use! The cost for this plumbing service is ridiculous. For a 20minute repair of a toilet, they wanted to charge me $527. For something that should not cost over $50, and that's the high-end. Will not use them, and will not ever call them. I can't believe they rip-off their customers like that! No way!

Called Joe's Saturday Feb 12 2021 to have a plumber look at a dripping hot water heater. Plumber was supposed to be at my home on Sunday Feb 13th by 1p. On Sunday Feb 13th I called Joe's nearly 12p to see when the plumber would arrive. The receptionist said that no one was coming because the plumber was leaving early due to weather. I called them....they did not call me. She said someone would call me during the week and that I would be the first person on the list after the weather event. I NEVER HEARD FROM JOE's AGAIN. I called another service that showed up on time and they did great work. I WILL NEVER call Joe's for plumbing work again.

Joseph did a great job and was patience with some challenges he had with sink. He took his time and let me know right up front the cost and although the job took a little longer the price did not change. Nice job!

He never finished the job I already paid for…waiting for his visit since last October. Several calls and he doesn’t the courtesy of answer my messages or return my calls. I had an emergency in December, called again, texted…and the same results. Definitely, I would NOT hire these guys!!!

Called for water heater issue. Adam came out and took care of water heater issue, actually sold us new water heater (tankless) which we love. Then discovered water leak from dishwasher which thanks to him was caught in time saving us $$$.

My dog got caught between the pipe and brick wall of my house which leads to kitchen. After numerous attempts calling Fire drpt, SPCA, VET, and non-emergency police found Joe Plumber responding on a Sunday evening. Josh was dispatched and was able to free Harley from the pipe without cutting pipe! Thank you!!!

Have a 2005 townhome where the master bath sinks are connected with a cross. The a/c drains to this line as well.The a/c water looks clear, but evidently huge bacteria (or some squishy blog) buildup clogs the pipes downstream of the cross, and after spending 5 hours trying to get the snake to go down the cross, I gave up.The last two times I called someone, they came out and were able to go down the cross. Props to them. Downside is that it does not help me in the future.I decided to go in another direction and call Joe the Plumber. I was very, very happy with the money spent on services rendered. He went to the attic, found the vent line and added a way to access it with a snake. Now the next time this happens, I can manage the problem myself.I suppose this may mean that they could miss out on the revenue from unclogging the drain, BUT they did create themselves a loyal customer who will advocate for them and go to them the next time something comes up- which more than likely will be bigger job than unclogging drain.In short, strongly recommend Joe the Plumber to friends & family.

Unfortunately, I do not recall the young man’s name, but he was fast and efficient! Pricing was steep.. I’m sure it is with any installation.

Service isn't what it used to be. This service call was important to me because I referred & made appt with JTP for my elderly parent. After I explained that we checked for the obvious such lighting the pilot light but wouldn't stay on. I was given 2 options which would cost either $149 or $297, neither option was a basic service call. We ended up paying $127, not bad, and told we need to order the part ourselves, that JTP couldn't order it. Installation would cost $527 in addition to $127. JTP office personnel said we would need to call Home Depot or Lowes, if thats where the water heater was purchased, to order the part. We ordered the part, from Rheem, paid to have it expedited. Decided not to call JTP to install, as I was no longer comfortable with what had transpired. Had a another plumber install the part and that didn't fix the problem. Instead had to replace water heater which was under warranty, paid the labor cost.Very poor experience. Actually I'm not surprised, seems post COVID customer service has declined not just with JTP. We had a similar experience this yr with an AC/heating company in the Heights area, we have used in past that had provided excellent work and customer service. All I can say is good luck finding a plumber or plumbing company you can trust and afford.

We needed to have a fire bowl converted from a electronic start to a simple match start. Since we were dealing with gas I wanted to have an expert come look at it. It was a very simple project that I could’ve done myself except again my concern for gas line We had an appointment set up for a estimate and that person arrived on time saw that it was a simple task and got the work done in less than 30 minutes. No quote was given ahead of time but I assumed that since it happened very quickly with only two little plumbing parts, the cost wouldn’t be too high. The work was done very well and the worker was very pleasant however when I asked how much I owe old he quoted $325 which I thought was outrageous for 30 minutes worth of work and two small pieces of plumbing. I did not know ahead of time what the cost would be so I didn’t have a option but to pay that amount. Again the work was good but it was not worth $325.

I would highly recommend this company. I am not very trusting when it comes to contractors in my home because of previous bad experiences. But this company was first rate from the receptionist to the plumber to the finished product. I have confidence in calling this company for future plumbing needs.

The gentleman that fixed my water heater in the attic was very professional, and did very very good quality work repairing

Matt was very professional. He replaced the leaking faucet behind the washing machine. He was very neat and used his wet vacuum to clean up all the water upstairs! I would definitely use Joe The Plumber again.

These guys worked so hard and got my entire house replumbed in a single day. They were up front and honest about the situation of the plumbing. They were very polite and professional. Also they were cheaper than a few other plumbers that quoted me repairs. I'll definitely be calling these guys back when I remodel the second bathroom.

I called at 1:15 on a Thursday afternoon and my problem was solved by 3:05! I had called 7 other plumbers,nobody was able to come out ,they were here in 30 minutes! Great service ! I will only call Joe’s Plumbing now!

UPDATE 2022: Since our first use, we have called them two more times and both services were quick and reasonably priced. The technicians are courteous and clear and I would still recommend them.2020: I would recommend calling Joe the Plumber with plumbing services. We had a small issue needing a drain and overflow plate replaced and they charged $127 compared to $350 quoted by another company! For the same work! They came promptly when they said they would and Dillon was efficient and did quality work. He was also good at explaining what he was doing and what I can be on the lookout for/how to make improvements on my own. And if I did, he offered for me to call him if I needed help walking through it!The only slight hiccup was during the window they gave me, I saw a voicemail from them pop up on my phone, and it turns out I missed an opportunity to get a plumber in sooner. To be clear, it looked like it was my phone's issue, but all that to say, when I did answer the phone the next time they called was when they sent someone out. So when you schedule your appointment and you are waiting in the time window they give you, make sure you are ready to answer your phone so you can confirm their arrival.Anyway, to recap, I recommend their services and will call again should I need anything more.

The water main from the meter was broken. Joe replaced the old PVC line with Pex and rerouted it to minimize tunneling under the driveway. He did a great job!

Great service from Jimmy for repair of our Navien tankless water heater. Originally scheduled for 3-5pm but they called around 3 to let us know other work running long and offered us 6-8pm. Jimmy arrived just before 8 and got the repair and service done by 10. He contacted Navien as soon as he arrived, got info from them and had the part in his truck. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Over priced, wanted to charge me $1600. I called another plumber that charged me $350. They like to rip people off.

We called Joe’s Plumbing on a Sunday to get a faucet removed and a new one replaced. They were able to tell us beforehand how much this would cost, and even though it was on a Sunday, it did not close that much more than it would have on a weekday. They sent a very competent, polite plumber in about 35 minutes. He did a great job, and we were quite pleased.

Although I had to wait all day for them to arrive once they showed up they were very quick & thorough. They were on a previous job that took longer than anticipated. Our repair person was Dillon & he was very good! Highly recommend him. Will request Dillon if we need to call again!

I've used Joe the Plumber many times in the past because I thought they had reasonable prices and were trustworthy, but yesterday my opinion unfortunately changed. A plumber came to my home and replaced a gas flex hose on my dryer and I was charged $197, which I thought was a little extreme. It took him less than 10 min and when I looked up the price of the hose online, many suppliers charge less than $30. Even more, there wasn't a breakdown of the price of the hose and labor costs on the invoice. It simply said other. I would appreciate more transparency with labor and part fees upfront. Maybe that was my mistake for not asking though.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. Jimmy was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to check every where he could to make sure we didn’t have any other gas leaks in our home. He provided me with two different solution and was able to complete the work the same day. The price was a little high for the work completed but the service was great.

These guys were great! He knew exactly what the problem was, (water valve at the bottom of the toilet needed to be replaced so I had him replace all 3). He had the part(s) on his truck to fix it, and it only took him like 15-20min just like he said. Nice to see them taking on the apprentice to grow the next generation or tradesman. 1 week after clearing a drain that backed up into the shower, the problem returned. We were told to call if it backed up again. When we called, we were told drain work is not a warranty service and we would have to repay again. This was our first time using this company and we won’t be back.

I would not recommend this Plumbing service to anyone. Their guy came out, said he cleared the drain and ran a camera, all within about 20 minutes. His 'fix' did not work and I had to have another Plumbing service come and fix the sanitary drain. They said there wasn't a warranty but this was a 'you didn't do what I paid you almost $500 for' not a warranty issue. He as extremely rude when I called back and said we used too much toilet paper, must have put baby wipes down the toilet (absolutely not true) and other excuses as to why he wouldn't stand behind their work. Go to Texas Quality Plumbing instead; they were great!

A COMPANY WHO ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE, WAS HONEST, AND RECTIFIED THE ISSUE!This company gets 5 stars from me! I hired them for an emergency issue on a Sunday, when water was pooling on my floor from my washing machine and backing up in my sink. Their technician responded promptly, and $327 dollars later, unblocked a stoppage in my pipes which was caused by a grease buildup. (Don't dispose of grease in the sink!)However, where this story takes a turn is after the technician left. The next day, I went to use my washer and it would not fill with water. I checked all hoses and spent 2 hours on YouTube learning to put it in diagnostic mode and trying to figure out the problem, before I decided to call an appliance repair company.The next day, a repair person came out and was there for less than 5 minutes before he diagnosed the problem-the water valve at the washer was turned off. He stated the plumber had turned the water valve off and failed to turn it back on. I was confused as all the water in the house worked and I had running water at my sink. He explained to me that there was a separate valve at the washer that had been turned off. I paid the $75 service fee to the repair person and then called Joe The Plumber. I explained all that had occurred and then stated that due to the plumber not turning the water valve back on , I had to pay a service fee. I explained that I am a single female, and would have not known to look at the water valve before calling a repair company.The service manager listened, and apologized profusely, agreeing that the plumber should have double checked his work and making sure the valve was on, before leaving my residence. She stated that the owner instructed her to refund my $75 service fee, and she told me I would receive a check in the mail in two days, which I did. I did ask that the plumber not get in trouble as he was good, and it was a simple mistake.Overall, I would highly recommend this company, as they could have shirked responsibility, but instead demonstrated honesty and integrity, as well as great customer service! I will always give my business to an honest company that puts their customers first!!!

We recently used Joe the Plumber to repair a faulty dishwasher. I was very impressed with the service. They had given me a 3 hour window to show up, but they called me in advance to tell me the technician would arrive towards the later end of that window. He still showed up within the original timeframe, and when he did, he was very friendly and professional. He performed the repair quickly, and I thought the amount charged was very reasonable. We will use Joe the Plumber in the future!

I've used Joe the Plumber many times and they are great for small plumbing repairs at a good price. They're not the best at working with insurance though as I had a big project they did good work on but their refusal to itemize their bill further cost me a few thousands of dollars of home insurance repayment. They also put a dent in my refrigerator and claimed they would try to fix it but never contacted me and stopped returning my calls.

Main line was clogged and sewage was backing up into my bathtub and shower. It was after 5:00pm and they were the only plumber out of 4 I called that could come within an hour. This is the 4th time that we had Joe the Plumber out and never are we disappointed. The technician (I don’t remember his name but I think he is a Forman/supervisor) was very professional, personable and did an excellent job since we had several things for him to check on for us. The price is always reasonable and the work preformed is always excellent. I will never call anyone else for plumbing needs.

Scheduling a convenient time was easy with the office staff. They gave me several options at first but none of them really worked. I requested a certain day and they had that day available. I received confirmation the day before and then again 1 hour from the time Jimy showed up. Jimy was very professional and due to where the leak was I knew we were going to have to remove a part of my celing. He removed a very small portion to access the leak and he found the problem very quickly. He gave me a price that was reasonable for the repair and he started and finished the job in about 3 hours time. He made all the repairs with new parts and pieces. They gave me a written warranty on all the work he did as well. He cleaned up after himself and made the areas as clean or cleaner then what he found them. I let Jimy know that I needed an itemized invoice for insurance and he was able to provide it as well. Joe the Plumber may not be the cheapest plumbers in the area but they certainly are not trying to over charge you either. They are professionals, and hold each of the plumbers to the highest standards from what I can see. I would give my full recommendation to Jimy and Joe the Plumber as a company. FYI they accept credit cards for payment.

We've used this company before any the services were great, but this last technician that came wasn't professional. He shot down everything that I said, even though the former tech from this company told us what needed to be done. He used my master bathroom and didn't flush it, and turned the water off to some of our appliances inside (washing machine, etc) but failed to turn them back on. Again, the previous person was wonderful, so it's a toss up if you'll get someone really good or someone not so nice.

Good service. Arrived the same day I called. Minor issue that was corrected in about 30 mins. Was not allowed to use a $25.00 off coupon that should have been applied. VERY EXPENSIVE for very little work performed although they did a good job. If you use them, try to shop the cost with other companies. Update: Had other plumbing work needing to be performed. I found a company that was less than 1/3 the price that this company quoted me. Shop around. You can find plumbers that can perform the work way cheaper than Joe the Plumber.

I have worked with several of their plumbers, but Jimy Reyes I have found to be so thorough in his work and expertise. The technician who came to our house was professional and knowledgeable. It was late in the day when he arrived. After he found the problem, he learned he had to go back to the office to pick up parts. Rather than just say that he needed parts and he would come back the next day, the technician picked up the parts and completed the repairs. We really appreciated him taking the extra step to complete the repair. Otherwise, we may have been without water overnight. We like using Jie the Plumber because they are responsive to requests for service and the technicians are professional and able to complete repairs the first time.

I was told I was going to have someone come during business hours for a free service call and get told what would be the issue. Instead Plummer came and fixed issue and now they charged me a crazy amount for an issue that took 5 mins and claimed it was afterhours even though I specifically asked that I didn’t want after hours. I did not ask for them to repair the issue, I wanted to know what was wrong to see if I could then afford the issue. They will find a way to take as much as possible with little effort. I did not give authorization to fix the issue unless knowing what the issue is.

We had an outrageous water bill after an initial repair with another company, so we called Joe the Plumber. Dillion did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough when assessing the problem. If we have any problems in the future we will definitely call again and ask for the same plumbing technician. I would strongly recommend the company if you’re having any issues.

Jimy was professional and helpful in getting to the root of our sewer issue. Our line was clogged due to a cable line going through the sewer line. I made numerous attempts to reach you via phone. Each time the call was answered and dropped. I called Matt's cell phone which he answered immediately. He knew immediately what the problem was. Initially brought them in for a pilot light issue. Very quick and professional response on a Sunday afternoon. After some discussion we decided to replace our water heater. Appointment was set up and installation was completed exactly when promised. Very courteous and professional field and office (phone) personnel. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a Saturday appointment time between 1-3pm. No one showed. We called the office around 3:30 and no one answered. 6pm when we figured they were a no show, the doorbell rings and it's their technician. He wasn't apologetic, he basically said he didn't have my number and that's why he didn't call. At this point my husband had left and wouldn't be back for a few hours so I told the guy nevermind about the appointment. He kept asking if I couldn't just okay it. I said no he wanted to be here. He seemed annoyed, so I let him look at the area and he tells me it would be quick and easy to fix but then says it will cost around $600 because there's insulation there. My husband had already cut out the drywall, the insulation was there but no where in the way! I felt he wasn't going to be realistic or honest so I sent him away. He kept saying he would tell them I wanted to reschedule so I wouldn't get the truck charge. Overall unprofessional and lack of customer service. Will not be rescheduling or referring them.

We have used them several times. Their work has been good but, I would advise to always, always get a quote before having them do work.Our last experience was frustrating and we may go else where next time. We had purchased a new toilet and all needed to install it, we called Joe the Plumber out to do the install. We knew that in the past they were quick, efficient and reasonable. Well that was a mistake..... the guy showed up , my husband had to help get the toilet out of the room. Then he installed it in less than 20 minutes and was bragging about how fast he did it....and then charged us $525 to install it. We felt cheated BIG Time! After about 2 weeks we had to install pieces of extra flooring under each side to get our toilet to tighten up to the floor and stop rocking. Very disappointed! They had always did us good before.

He was fast to respond to my call, and arrived when he said he would. He made short work of repairing the leak, explained the problem thoroughly to me, and charged me a fair price. I called Joe and they came within a couple of hours within their quoted time frame. Juan got right to it and cleared the sewer line but suggested I have a camera inspection soon. Well, 3 days later backed up again and I called back and Matt (supervisor) was here within an hour to run the camera and found a cracked pipe on the MUD side. He sent the video to the MUD and they came and had to replace their and my pipes which went 7.5 feet deep saved me a HUGE bill. They were timely, polite and helpful in getting the job done properly and quickly.

Our tankless water heater had leaks after the Arctic freeze so we were without hot water for 9 days. Matt came out twice and worked diligently to diagnose and repair the problem. He searched for the necessary parts which were extremely difficult to locate due to the high demand. We would highly recommend Joe the Plumber for their customer service and fair prices.

I have used Joe the Plumber several times over the last few years. They have always been: on time for appointments, courteous, and cleaned up after their work. They have freed up clogged drains, installed bathroom and kitchen faucets, and recently installed an Aquasana water softener and filter system in my home. Most important to me, is that they keep their word. The plumber that initially installed our kitchen faucet didn't get it tightened correctly. I called them back after about ten months to come out and tighten it back up. They did so, and didn't charge me a penny. I recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Joe.

I had a wonderful experience with Joe The Plumber! My daughter’s shower lost almost all pressure but it was not due to the main water line but it was inside the shower-head mechanisms. I actually had a really good experience with Joe the Plumber. It was a simple job for a Faucet and garbage disposal install. I was quoted a price over the phone and the only difference in the final price was the cost for the time it took me to get a cord that I needed (in which he waited an hour). The work was done well, I was informed of all the work done and it is under warranty. I will consider using them again.

Mike was exceptional!! He came at a time when we’re extremely frustrated after experiencing 4 other plumbers and no answers! Mike took his time to explain ever step of the process, gave us real answers and worked with us to ensure a successful repair. He ended up having to tunnel 10+Feet to get to pipe and once under gave us a explanation for all our problems. As 1st time home buyers this was an unexpected and miserable process, however mikes professionalism and fidelity in his work was a relief! Mike will be our go to plumber in the future, and we are so happy we landed in the right hands!

Jimmy came to repair a sprinkler system leak.He was wonderful to work with and I will use them again.He showed up exactly when he said he would.ZI truly will recommend them.

My first issue was that the technician informed me that I needed to purchase a new trim set from Lowe's for my tub faucet. But after thinking about it I called him back and ask him did I need only the trim set or did I need to buy the valve that goes with it. He said that I needed to buy the trim set and also the valve set I inform him that you can buy the compatible valve set by itself. So I purchase a valve set which is compatible according to moen company with the trim set I currently have since there's nothing wrong with the trim set. I called him back to install it. He came over and install the valve system but he told me that the spout of the trim set was not compatible with the valve set. He ended up not putting the spout on but put the two handles on along with installing the valve and told me to contact Moen for a spout that is compatible to the new valve set. I contact Moen and they stated that yes it was compatible. Yeah so I took the old spout and screwed it on to the top of the valve area for the spout myself and it worked perfectly. It appeared that the technician didn't even attempt to place the old valve on to the new valve area for the spout since he still had the area that goes under the tub still connected to the old spout. But what he did do was tell me it was going to be over $125 for him to come back out and just screw on the spout. I started to call the company and let them know about the situation but it wasn't going to change anything and now I had water so I just moved on and made a mental note that I wouldn't be using this company again

We originally requested service to replace a showerhead, but the morning of our afternoon appointment, we ended up having a pretty substantial pipe leak seeping through the ceiling in our garage. Jimy was assigned to our house, and he took his time to figure out exactly what the problem could be as well as where it was coming from (which I was thankful for, considering we had to tear down sheetrock). Instead of making us wait on a different day/time for the more extensive service, Jimy was able to help us with the problem as well as honor our appointment time. He provided the parts, including a new showerhead, and also cleaned up the sheetrock that had to be removed. While no one wants to spend a lot of money on housework that only the homeowner can see, I felt like the time, labor and repair done on the shower, drain, pipes & plumbing was done at a fair and reasonable price. We will use them again in the future; thanks!

We had a great experience with Matt Ash from Joe the Plumber! He installed a whole house water softener and was very prompt, professional and friendly during the process. He explained the unit and how it works, the unit looks great after installation and he left no mess behind. We would certainly recommend the company again.

The service rep that came out to our house was very good and we will use him again. Though a little more costly than some plumbers, this company kept us informed about the replacement parts on order and always arrived on time. Some plumbers in the Houston area come to your house, do not bother to quote a repair cost, and you never hear from them again.

First of all, we have used this company 3 times in less than a year. I would say, for being a regular homeowner, we are a pretty good customer. We wanted to support a local business in the area because that is what we do, help our community. Its our fault for not calling around.Now we've had our main line unclogged twice and had them fix a pin hole leak behind the bathroom wall. The clamp for the leak was over $350. Mind you, we already took off all the drywall and cleaned it out so he just had to clamp it and he charged us $350 for that. The first drain clean out, the prior owners poured grease down the drain so it wasn't the easiest so I felt that the $350+ charge was reasonable. However, in the beginning of the month, we were charged over $500 for the same service, minus the grease. The justification the plumber gave was I had to remove the toilet ? I mean, DUH. That's part of the service, excuse me? $500 and you didn't even fix anything, you just unclogged the drain with the same machine we did yesterday that cost 1/6 the price. So anyway, we had another issue 2 weeks later and I called and spoke to Chante (I think that was her name) Saturday and she ran me through the he say she say line. Plumber was suppose to call us back because apparently he told us something when he left the second time. We paid 3 times the amount, and you couldn't even come out?Anyway, yes they are local, but they are a rip off. They never gave us the price until afterward. You guys have lost a customer. We have a 50 year old house that has some issues, we could've used you guys for all the work. NOPE. Not after that. What a rip off.And you can rent the drain cleaner tool for $72. Don't doubt yourselves.The service was not under my name, but you can email me if you want a response. Honestly, it wouldn't matter either way. We've learned our lesson and will never come to you again. Thanks.

I discovered that our Garbage Disposal had been leaking pretty bad under our sink. I sent in a request for information around Midnight, by 9am the next day someone from Joe the Plumber called me, we agreed on a time, and by noon I had a new garbage disposal installed. I'm not sure how the price compared because I didn't shop around, but it seemed fair to me, especially with the speed and professionalism. Shout out to Luis for doing such a great and speedy job. It's the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic, so I really appreciate that they are working right now.

Called Joe the Plumber to install new water softener and water filtration system in our home. Chris showed up on time and completed the work professionally. Was hesitant at first to use a plumber for this work but I’m glad I did. He ensured everything was working properly with no leaks or hidden damage. He even fixed a couple things over and above what a typical “installer” would have done.

Called initially for a clogged drain pipe that I could not clear myself. Plumber arrived on time , clear ID, and had all his gear ready to go. He told me up front how much it would cost. The plumber was knowledgeable but at the end of the visit informed me there was a service charge for providing an estimate. I told him that I was not told there was a service charge for an estimate. His response was his manager would kill him if he didn't charge me. I paid the $87 but won't be using them again. Perhaps informing potential customers of charges beforehand would be a good idea.

Had a problem with drainage and Chris came out the same day and did a phenomenal job. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.it was already late in the day but he did not rush at all. Its hard to find someone that has such a genuine concern for the customer and wanted to do the best job possible. I will never call on anyone else again and highly recommend Chris!

I am happy to compliment Joe the Plumber, and in particular, Matt who took the time to give some advice for a self fix that ended up working. Our hot water heater pilot turned off and after a number of attempts to get the pilot working again, I called Joe the Plumber to schedule service for the next day, a little after 5pm. Matt promptly answered then took more information from me in a text message exchange. A little while later, after 6pm, Matt called back and gave me some advice on something to try. Tried what he advised and lo and behold our pilot remained on. Really good service provided. I should note he called me back shortly after he got a haircut so I really appreciate him taking the time to help us out.

Great Experience!! I'm glad I didn't listen to the other reviews. I called and they came over in less than 30 min. Fixed my faucets and looked at my sprinkler system. Louis said he will come back out to check my sprinkler system again and if he can fix it he will but if not he will let me know if I need to call in someone else. He could have very well lied to me and said he could fix it and charge me but he didn't. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. Will use them for all my plumbing needs from here on out. The quote to redo the pipes my home was reasonable. They answered all questions and were prompt, courtesy and respectful of my property. The job was completed when promised and when we had a concern afterwards about a possible leak; they were prompt to come back out and check it out for no additional charge. (It turned out that upon inspection it was from an old leak from the old pipes and not the new pipes. They even took the time to show us so we could have peace of mind.)

Great Experience. First time in my 55 years I have had to call a plumber. Water was backing up in my toilets, bathtub and shower. The young lady that answered the phone was very courteous and the plumber (Josh) was at my door in about 20 minutes. Called on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink line. They had someone out in 3 hours. Inspected the job and gave me a quote. It was the same price that the office had quoted me over the phone. Jimy got right to work and had my drains fixed in about an hour. No mess. Will definitely use again for any plumbing problem

I had a pipe leaking. I called another company out first and they could not find the leak. I called a company they recommended and they could not come out for a couple of days. I found Joe the Plumber online. They came out the same day. They stayed until they found the leak and fixed it. They called the restoration company and had them come out that night. Charged me $1800.00 dollars to install a $600.00 water heater. Says they include a 6 year warranty. Sure is easy to offer you a warranty when effectively you're being charged for the cost of two of them anways! By the way, it only takes at most two hours to install it (that's even taking your time at it).So, even someone without much business skills can do the math here! Should have only cost me $1200.00 at most.Next time, I'll just do my water heater myself!

After the freeze, I had 2 known leaks in my attic. Both pipes exposed, not in the walls. The plumber replaced two 2 foot sections of copper pipe and charged almost $1,000. I had no choice but to agree to get water back on in the house but I told him I thought he was gouging me. When we pressured up the system, another leak developed in the bathroom. He capped that leak and said he wouldn't charge me for it. I have to wonder how many other people have been over charged. I found an honest plumber to do the repipe and I'll never use Joe the Plumber again.

Did the job for a fair price! Plumber had to do a little digging around our flowerbed to find the clean out. They did find it but tore up the ground didn’t replace most of the dirt.

TIP: Buy your own drain snake to unclog it. Charged $300 for 5 minutes and their shop is 3 min from our house off Jarvis Rd. Way over priced.

My wife Maria and I (Tevan) highly recommend JOE THE PLUMBER for all your plumbing needs. We have a 20 year-old house and that means replacement of many items. This is their 3rd visit in last 12 months: water heater & bathroom sink faucet; master commode toilet tank mechanism & shutoff valve, and, most recently, kitchen sink faucet & shutoff valves. Excellent job performed all three visits.

We had a leak from a pipe on the side of our house. I called another plumbing company to fix it. They said they needed to redo all the pipes for the whole house and it would be $7,000!! I did not need all the pipes to be fixed, just the one that was broken. The price was ridiculous and this guy was a sellsman (not a plumber) trying to make money.So after we told that plumber that we were not doing business with him, I called Joe the Plumber. The plumber came over within 15mins. I showed him where the leak was and he told me he would dig a hole and fix it. My husband and I went inside while he worked. The plumber knocked on the door later to show us that he found the leak ( he only needed to dig one hole to find it) and he fixed it. He was quick but also efficient. The total cost was under $500 which was way better than the other guys that wanted to charge $7000!We appreciated him coming out right away and getting the job done.

Installed water heater 4 years ago. My water heater started having problems a couple of weeks ago and when I called Joe the Plumber he promptly came by to take a look, identified the issue, ordered the part (covered under warranty) and came back to replace it when the part came in.

A sewer pipe block had me calling the company on a Saturday morning. The call was promptly and courteously answered and I had a plumber at my door in less than an hour...Jimey Reyes, the plumber, listened to my complaint, asked questions and after an inspection quoted me a very competitive price Work was done well and quickly. He also told me about options that I should consider IF this is a recurring problem .Good, fast, courteous with competitive rates is a dream come true.

They came out and fixed my water heater the day it started leaking. We were pleased with their service until we had them out for another issue. Matt the supervisor was unresponsive and unhelpful.

If there had been a problem I am convinced he would have taken care of it in record time and not over charged us.

So they were professional, but not really results oriented. The gentleman left, stating there had to be concrete in my drain - evidence provided included a broken piece of cpvc that he hammered into my p-trap... I’m fairly certain that’s typical for a p-trap vs cpvc battle. Anyhow - Roto Rooter came by this afternoon and had the same drain flowing in less than an hour. Maybe he “loosened the cap” but his attempt cost me a service fee and I would have much preferred a successful drain cleaning.

Joseph was extremely professional and courteous. Did a complete diagnostic and figured out the problem. Explained thoroughly what wass going on and step by step process to fix it.

I just had a horrible experience with Joe The Plumber. I do not recommend them. Very poor Customer serrvice from the owner, believe it are not his name was Joe. They did some plumming work for me 2 weeks ago and never fixed my problem. They charged me almost $300.00 so i called them back to fix the problem and they wanted to charge me more money to come out. I asked for a credit for the work they did not fix and Joe called me a trouble maker. Joe says he does not give warranty on thier work that was a quote from Joe. I had to give a star so I could post this review.

They came to my house because I have poor water pressure in my bathroom, they fixed the sink real quick by cleaning up the water faucet filter cap, then I was told the toilet tank valve was bad and needed to be replaced, since it was a very old model it would cost around $200 (I was chocked, because you can buy a brand new toilet for around $100 anywhere), then the shower valve would need to be replaced as well, it would cost $800+ for replacement including labors, in total $1,000+ in repairs. It turned out, I got a generic toilet tank valve for $8 in Walmart and installed it, and cleaned up a filter inside the shower valve, and I have my water pressure back. I don't understand why a professional plumber cannot do something simple and want to do a full replace and installation for more than $1,000 dollars. If you are looking for a brand new installation, they might be the best company in the market, for repairs, I wouldn't recommend them.

Fixed a water heater for $127 where Home Depot and it's contractor ARS charging $2,600.00 for labor only ( water heater excluded) in replacing the entire water heater for pilot light issue. Joe The Plumber fixed it's valve and relay for a fraction of a cost $127.00! it's repairable and no need to replace yet according to their technician. Who cannot be satisfied with that!

We had a water leak as a result of our A/C company not purging the drain line. We called Joe The Plumber and they sent Chris out early the next morning. Chris quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it. We can't say enough about the efficiently and professionalism of this company. We highly recommend them to solve any plumbing probems you may have. FIVE STARS.

Have used them before and been pleased. This last time I felt the pricing was way too high. Had to pay for products I didn't want as part of a package or recommend deal. I sure won't use them again without getting a second bid.

I spent over $2000 with this company, only to have their employee Rick lie to me and never keep his appointments. They gave me a price upfront to include everything. After I paid, I was presented two subsequent invoices. It was nickel dime stuff they had already been paid for. They held up a major remodeling job I had going for a total of 4 days at least. Never use these guys if you want something done on time and with quality work. It's been over a month now and I am still waiting for them to finish. Never again will I use this company.

Although my repairs turned out to be the responsibility of our MUD district, Joe's tech was able to verify that and helped me contact the appropriate agency to get the water main leak repaired. I'll definitely call them again if I have a problem I can't fix.

If you want a plumber that doesn't show up on time or doesn't show up at all. Tells you he's having a bad day and doesn't want to make any connections, not sure of what he's doing.Takes 5 days to complete a few hours job, then have the owner threaten to put a lien on your house because you're not at home because the plumber who told you they would be there at 8 in the morning decides to show at 2, then they're the ones to call.

I called at least a dozen plumbers before reaching Joe The Plumber. We had a leaking water supply line. Water was running out from under the wall and flooding the laundry room. All the other companies advertising 24 hour emergency service were 2 to 4 days out. I guess they expected us to live without water.This was the only plumbing company willing to come out on a Saturday night . They showed up quickly (within a couple hours) and fixed the leak in a very short time.

The Joe the Plumber plumber arrived as sceduled; quickly tested my water heater control box for leaks and re-lit my water heater. He was very pleasant and professional.

I call Joe the Plumber, leave a message, they do not return my call, but I call them again since I had success in the past. I immediately speak to someone and they say they are 45-60 minutes out from being at my house. After 2 hours I call the plumber back, he goes on to tell me he is at the shop picking up a part and is only 15 minutes away. 3.5 hours later (total duration), I call them and cancel the service call. Just horrible communication.

Total ripoff. I've been in the construction industry for the last fifteen years and a project manager/super for the last five of years, so I have a pretty good idea of what things cost.Anyway, back to the review. My mom's garbage disposal died and I didn't have time to swap it out myself so I figure I'd support one of my local businesses. The cheap ass garbage disposals that people use out here cost about $100 and take you thirty minutes to swap out. I figure I'll end up paying $200, no big deal. They come back and tell me they want $387. All I could do was laugh and hang up. How the hell can you charge $287/hr to do something that the greenest plumber on earth can do.Do yourselves a favor and find a more honest local business to support.

I had JTP installed my water heater in 2016 then recently had no hot water. I called JTP to come out to take a look at it. With no EXCUSES, the original plumber (Matt) that installed the WH came next morning to fix the problem. As always, Matt was professional and respectfully honored his warranty. That’s all you want “an honest person” so I trust Matt with all my plumbing issues and will continue to use JTP.

Best of all they don't try to sell you a service package or push other things on you that you don't need (unlike some other service companies). I highly recommend them.

Horrible price gouging. We left a message and sent an email to be on their waitlist after the freeze. The day the plumber was supposed to come, of course, he was hours late. Then once he arrived he tried for maybe a half hour to order the parts he determined were needed to fix our tankless water heater, then told me I should try to order the parts. I asked for a quote for them to fix it and he said he'd get back to me the next day. Never heard from him, so I called and spoke with a lady who said shed call me right back. Guess what, she never did. Two days later I called and asked for her, and she said oh he never gave me the quote, hold on. Only a couple minutes later she magically found the quote. $4,500! I asked her for a breakdown of parts, labor, etc, and this is what I got via email a few minutes later. No model numbers or anything. I asked more questions and learned the water heater they were going to install retails for $1399, so they were going to charge me $3100 to install it!!I ended up buying a water heater on my own and had another plumber install to for $250.Take your business elsewhere.

The plumber replaced a brand new tub fixture that was bad. I advised him that I was returning the defective one. He threw it away, so I had to dig through the trash to retrieve it.Overall, very expensive experience and I had to go back and finish the caulking that the plumber didn't finish.

Joe the Ripper is what we call him. Joe has 3 charges starting at $187.00,$287.00& 387.00 depending on how small the job is. Replace a dishwasher hose 287.00. Replace a faucet cartridge $187.00. All way over priced and when questioned simply reply that's what we charge. Never again JTR.

Came out and worked outdoors under bad conditions (cold / rain). Resolved a major leak issue in a matter of a couple of hours. Price was very low compared to expectations. Job has held up - not a trace of a leak. They even tried to patch the sod as well as they could.

Was scheduled in for appointment and later called back to cancel due to “not in the service area they serviced at “ I was to far out “” but I’m less than 9 miles away from their location which seems absurd. Please make sure you confirm with them ahead of time.
