Wow! Nick’s is an amazing company! Our tech Chris came out to service some errors on our HVAC which included some plumbing /Drain issues.With in 2 hours he had it’s all fixed. They gave us a great reasonable price and even better service. I feel like Covid and post Covid all service lrociders have lost the art of customer service but Chris and Nick’s plumbing were wonderful. I’ll call them for any HVAC or plumbing need! Thanks!!!He had to go up and down 4 stories and never complained! Thanks Chris!

The job I asked for was completed. But the communication between myself and the plumber was poor. The plumber had to leave twice to go to Home Depot for supplies. That said, it took longer than needed to complete the job. The plumber wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant to talk to. I won't be calling them back in the future.

I felt very comfortable having them in our home. They did quick work. In and out real fast.

I have used Mission AC in the past and they have met my expectations, but this time it was a serious disappointment. This spring I even payed for their spring maintenance and service warranty with the hope of avoiding any costly repairs this summer, but instead I received poor service at a high cost. When my AC went out I called to request a service tech and asked if the cost would be covered under my summer warranty, of course it wasn’t and no one at Mission could give me an explanation as to why it wasn’t covered. The day of the service the cost was $305.00 for replacing the capacitor, the tech was done and gone shortly after giving me the quote and making the repairs, not bothering to make sure the AC was actually working. That same day I called to inform them the AC was still not working, but they couldn’t make it back until the next morning. At that time I was given another bill for $441.00 this time for a fan motor replacement, while refusing to credit me for the failed work that had been done the day before. It appears Mission AC and Plumbing has decided to pursue growth at the cost of customer service. As for myself I will be contacting another service company the next time my AC is in need of repairs.

Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when he did an AC tune up. He was thorough and took his time. Most importantly he wasn’t pushy. Kenneth made recommendations of repairs he thought would be most beneficial and never once tried to persuade me into getting additional, potentially unnecessary work done. Great person and great company!

The service man was extremely professional. He fixed my issue in an expedient manner and instructed me on preventative measures that I can take to avoid subsequent clogs.

Ricky was here the same day we called and assessed our 16 year old A/C system as dead. He quoted a (currently) fair price to replace the entire system with commercial quality components - Outside unit, new coil, new furnace. He then scheduled our install for THE NEXT DAY (Saturday) at a 9am-11am window.Javier and Vladimir showed up at 8am, ready to beat the heat and get the job done. They left at 2:30pm. They were friendly, open, fast, clean, and thorough. They build a new plenum on site (the old unit didn't even have one), added dampers, and in general customized the installation for our house and made it far better than the builder installation we had.In short, we didn't want to have to spend the money, but the guys at Turbo made the rest of the process not only painless, but enjoyable. First class service and response. They will be my go to for any future A/C or plumbing calls!

I had to have a ridiculous amount of work done both at my home and at my rental properties.They always get back to me super quick and accommodate my schedule (Working 2 full time jobs can be tricky!)Sebastian and his team are fast, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about their work. (I say he should be promoted from apprentice to master plumber!)It's extremely impressive and the service always comes with a smile. I would think I was more stressed about the job then they were!The work they have done has fixed all of our problems and it was done in s timely manner and with extreme care.I would (and have) highly recommend Lifetime plumbing for any issues you may have.
