I had drainage and a roots issues in the pvc conduit which he was able to detect and remove. Although additional work is need to cut and replace pvc in the ground. Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

I know when Peter comes out to my properties the Job gets done above and beyond. His communication of the Job completion is AMAZING. Super respectful, and professional. I can speak for most of the managers I work with and owners; when we have our weekly meetings or Board meetings if S&K was dispatched for whatever reason, Peter is announced with props. Recently another plumber was dispatched and was not happy with his communication and received a bit of rudeness. Peter was off but immediately came to help out and I felt 100x relived.
