Marty (tech 1927) was very professional and had a solution to my water heater problem right away. Of course, I had many questions. He was patient and explained everything very in detail in plain words that I could understand. Marty carried himself in a very professional manner, and the way he performs the work is very organized and clean. He conducts everything very neatly and carefully. Had my heating system checked for any issues. Sammy Martinez performed the service check and was very thorough and located a sensor that needed replacement. Sammy also brought me up to date on features my heating system had that I was not aware of (e.g. air purifier, and air filter replacement. He also provided some additional information regarding enhancing the air purification system to eliminate spores. I appreciate the extra attention to detail that Sammy provided and will definitely consider his recommendations when I have my A/C reviewed in the spring.

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

Rigo was very professional, explained what he was going to do . The first time he istalled a toilet and the second time a garbage disposal. He showed the work he had done and explained how to use it . He left everything very clean . I highly recommend Rigo, he has very good manners and is very respectful. Very good work ethic.

UPDATE: Called Acosta when kid mischief and a flushed pair of glasses led to an impossibly clogged toilet. Sonny came and was unbelievably friendly, informative, and competent. Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
