The technician that came to my house was very professional (Eugene). Thank you for wanting to do a quality job in your work. It was greatly appreciated! Although it was a bit pricey, I would still call you back before I try to go cheap again. Get job and you have a long-term customer!

This company was the best. They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

This company is outrageously expensive. We had them come out to our house to cap a broken waterline. To make the job easier for them, we dug out the dirt to leave the line clear of dirt. It took all of 10 minutes to repair, and the bill was $327! I understand the urgent call fee of $99, but $228 for 10 minutes? That is equivalent to $1,368. It’s price gouging at it’s worst. Don’t use this company!

The business responds to our request right away. They do provide consideration to clients' needs. The technician is kind and patient. He tried several solutions to my clogged bathtub using his professionalism. His assistance is extremely valued.

This was my first time with an AC service contract. I decided to go with it as AirTech as they were so responsive and thorough the first time I called them. Each time has been the same, including working with Mr. Tran today who took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciate the communication regarding timing and full explanation for whatever services are required. If the work is warranty-based AirTech honors that rather than trying to charge for unnecessary items. Masks and shoe covers without me asking for them is a bonus. Highly recommend this company
