Frank was our technician today for a scheduled water heater draining and a full plumbing inspection. He was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain all of his findings, and I never felt pressured to purchase additional services. Village Plumbing has always done a great job and has awesome customer service. I highly recommend!

My garbage disposal and laundry line was clogged, causing water to leak out of my disposal and the wall behind my washing machine. I called around 3:30 and Clyde was here in less than an hour. He explained the work I needed and gave me an estimate of $310, but he also gave me a discounted rate so I ended up paying $270. This was more than I expected to snake a drain, but I didn't mind paying for such incredible service. Clyde was so nice, he didn't make a mess, he finished in about 45 minutes, and we tested out the washer and garbage disposal together. On top of that, I got a 6 month warranty, a ton of maintenance tips, and he left me a gallon of drain cleaner and showed me how to use it. I was very impressed.

We had an extensive plumbing issue at our 46-year-old home that required some major work. After reaching out and interviewing several plumbing companies we decided on Got Flow. He worked closely with us to execute a plan that would not compromise the integrity of our in-ground swimming pool, jacuzzi, and landscaping. We had a leak coming from our master bathroom shower and we had no clue where it was coming from. We called Acosta and they had someone out the next day for us. Our tech was nice and he explained so many things and even answered questions I may have had for him and the process.They took their time making sure they not only found the main leak, but made sure there wasn't any other leak as well. After they found the leak, they not only explained what most-likely caused it, but went through and told me what exactly he would be doing when he would fix the issue. He also pointed out a few things that could have been done better by the home builders.He came back a few days later to fix it (I wasn't able to be home until then or he would have been back the next day). He didn't make a mess with our sheetrock, he showed me the finished work and explained to me what he did.I always appreciate when professionals take the time to explain things to me so that I understand what the exact issue was and also how and why the did what they did to fix it.

Worst customer service in the industry. I cannot imagine a reason why I would ever hire them for anything.

I live in a condo and at the request of the condo management Sun Coast recently did plumbing work in my unit. They left eight small very heavy dark spots on my expensive carpet which I was fortunately able to clean up. They also left trash in my unit and considerable small white dust deposits outside my door. Very unprofessional! A proper plumber should clean up after their work.

Called on a Sunday to inquire about installing a hot water heater. Received a call back within 10 mins. Yes he could do it today. He had another call before me but called 30 mins. before arrival to let me know he was headed my way. Saved me almost $800.00 over another companies quote ( and that price was during the regular work week.). Very polite and clean. Will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.Other guy wanted to charge me $850.00 to install a drip leg. $20.00 in parts and 20 minutes time ha! You never know when you are talking to a former pipefitter.
