I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

Wouldn't you know it. Water dripping from the ceiling on a Saturday evening. AAA had a plumber at my door in record time. i am very happy with the service I received from them and will certainly use them in the future.

Robert and Co were amazing. I reached out on a referral and was so glad I did. They are very busy so Robert quoted me a whole house repipe based on a text I sent him and then charged me less. He was so easy to work with that I started wondering whether he would show up but there they were first thing Monday morning with three vans. The team worked very long hours sometimes in the mud and rain to minimize the impact on us. They even worked around us avoiding shutting off the water the first several days and then turning it back on at night after making connections on the others. Please text Robert and you will be entirely satisfied with their professionalism, quality, honesty and value. Their motto is ‘why pay more’ and I totally agree.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Yesterday and today Rene was fantastic. Informative, timely, and very gracious. He fixed our AC on one of the hottest days of the year faster than we expected and took care of our family well. He took care of everything very quickly and professionally and we will definitely be coming back to this company and requesting Rene specifically for any future work we need done. Thank you!

I had a leaky shower head and this company sent a plumber out to fix it. He arrived on time and fixed the issue promptly. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Contacted Chavez Plumbing on recommendation of local highly rated HVAC Co. Told plumber - no rush, gurgling in toilet during shower. Free to come whenever, no rush. He was at my home within 30 minutes (I was at work) (was there less than 25 minutes) (I have cameras), and said no clog and I owed him $ 385.!!! Next shower, same gurgling, called another local Plumber, he came our the next day, fixed the clog, and left. Chavez Plumbing lied and cheated me. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Let me tell you, John Moore has a gem of an employee with Andrew Estrada. He is professional. He is punctual. Attentive to my calls and texts and communicates clearly. He was very knowledgeable about the 1979 Federal Pacific breaker box set up at my mom's place that needed total replacement. The first few minutes at the breaker box with him on a Monday (1/2/2023), I knew he was the right technician for the job. He didn't rush me into making a rash decision. He is a good listener. He explains things very clearly. Answered all my questions with confidence. Guided me through the repair process when CenterPoint needed to be involved. Completed the job by Wednesday (1/4/2023). If I ever have electrical needs at my own home, you better believe, I will ask for him.

The technician was on time first of all. He was very professional and he was very honest with me.He showed me where the other technician had installed the equipment incorrectly, that's why I had to leak.Thank you Kintex Plumbing
