We had a main water line leak. Their team came out on time, worked efficiently, and professionally. The men were courtesy and respectful. They did great work and had us fixed in a few hours. I will definitely use them again if we need work done.

After having issues with our kitchen sink then later our water heater they came out and provided reliable service! Service person Valton came out and help me and my mother with all the issues we had. Plus the crew he had come out to fix the sink was amazing and work diligent! We finally have a working kitchen sink and better water heater! Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. I called early morning to cancel, AS I WAS INSTRUCTED! The plumber, who I am not sure was licensed, showed up anyway. I explained the problem was fixed and I had canceled as I was instructed to do. The guy said well let me take a look. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $250. And he did not fix anything. I am outraged and hope this review will serve as a warning!!!!!!
