I understand that the job was to remove a tub and replace with a new tub. I was told that they, the Plumbers, had diamond saws that they could probably save some of the tiles surrounding the tub. Upon their arrival I informed them what I had been told by Jerry. They informed me, NO! they cannot be saved. When they left all the tiles around the tub had been destroyed. They even cracked a floor tile at the edge of the tub, adding to my new project because I had to chisel out that tile to replace it! Now I was left to go out and try to find the exact tiles to replace the ones destroyed. I just purchased the faucet, which was not left from the old tub and new handles and replaced them and now the water did not appear to be draining correctly. Sorry, won't be using you again! Had another plumber come in and clear the drain problem.

I can not say enough about this company. Wow. AmazingFirst they tried to help me fix the problem myself over the phone. What company does that anymore. They were extraordinary patient with me, talked me through it step by step to see if I could quickly and safely get my hot water working again.When that did not work told me exactly what part I needed and to go to Home Depot and buy it. They were more than willing to even call me back later in the evening to help me install the part.The only problem I was to afraid to take any chances myself to take the part off of my water heater. What if I broke something or did not do it right. I voiced my concern to then about this over the phone, and they tried to assure I wouldn't.Long story short they made a special trip after hours with the part, and installed it with a smile on their face. I am still in shock that they would do this for me. How kind and caring. They were so professional, honest, and determined to get me hot water as soon as possible.They went the extra mile and then some. Thanks guys you made my day. You were amazing.This is not your regular plumbing company. They are better then the rest.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️

I had the pleasure of using this company's plumbing services recently to repair a broken sink. The technician was very friendly and informative. He took the time to explain the process to me, and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the mess afterwards. I was very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Technicain is really knowledgeable and competent. When our kitchen pipes burst due to the cold, he responded promptly and came to the rescue. The service was completed in less than two hours, and the cost is quite fair.

Air Tech has a great team. Vinh was awesome at troubleshooting the issue and took the time to explain it. Hopefully Lennox honors their warranty since the compressor is only 1 month old. Thank you!
