Best New Water Heater Installed in Houston TX

I called GEI Plumbing Services to fix a leak in my shower. They came out on a Sunday afternoon and had the job done by Monday morning. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and he even helped me with some of my other plumbing issues. I would recommend GEI to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

This review is in reference to the service my mom received from Rodolfo R (#90) and David. After several different plumbers from Texas Quality came out for the same issue, we were pretty much over their service because the problem was not being resolved. Rodolfo and David came and went above and beyond to help us with thorough information and a solution for our leak issue as we work to get it completely repaired. Rosa who set up our appointment was very helpful. We give you three five stars for your service!

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

Through thought and sweat they can pinpoint the location of a broken drain line amid a maze of pipes,under a concrete floor. Great plumbers: sincere, honest plumbers that charge a fair price for their hard work.

Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

I am more than pleased with the services! They were prompt, courteous, informative, and did a quality job in a very timely manner. The price was quoted and it was very fair. Once they assessed the problem closer they adjusted the price to fit the work. I wouldn't have known any different.
