Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

I originally called Turbo out for just an air conditioning evaluation, but Kenneth helped me understand how my system was running and what I was missing. He was very professional and personal. Kenneth helped me with a fast test to my system, and immediately noticed some ductwork issues I had missed. I greatly appreciate Kenneths personable demeanor and would highly recommend local AC services through them again.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. Rip off artist charge a friend $250+ for a plumbing repair that took me 10 mins to rectify, avoid this scam artist at all cost, doesn't even deserve one star.
