Once I was able to get on the schedule, the rest was turn-key. The technician is the one who picked up the specific part and installed it within a reasonable time. No hemming and haw-ing around. Office staff and technician kept me informed every step of the way. The way to cut lead time to return-to-service is to have a planner/ master plumber go out immediately on the first day of the call, assess and procure the part, and then send the tech to install. Otherwise, this business is very well managed.

5 stars! This was our first time hiring a professional plumber to fix a problem we had been patching up on our own for years. They were friendly and prompt. We did have a discrepancy in scheduling and payment for the service, but it was taken care of professionally and quickly. Our problem is no longer a problem and we feel very relieved. Thank you.

Could not be happier with the service and professionalism from TJ today. I called Friday and asked for an estimate and possible repair for a pipe in our guest bathroom and was told TJ would around 2-4 p.m.. Upon arrival, TJ was in a marked vehicle, in uniform, and extremely polite and friendly. He inspected my problem, showed me up front what the cost would be and never once tried to upsell me.The work was complete in a short amount of time for a fair price. He then gave me a great quote ( because I asked for one) for a re pipe of my entire house.This was my second time using Wedgeworth, but I’m more than sure it will not be my last. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing/piping issues.

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

I have always called them for plumbing fixes, they are competent and don't take all day to finish.Got a chance to meet the owner, Mr Julio Chavez who fixed the whole screwed up job under my kitchen sink..... done by the Harvey contractors SMH. Mr Chavez had to leave and get additional parts, and he did an excellent job.

Scheduled a date for them to come out and give an estimate to install our water softener/RO systems. No show and didn’t bother to call. They were recommended by our builder. Gave our builder the feedback and went with another company.
