John and Will were great! They did a good job explaining the options and giving me information. Service was prompt, had an initial quote at 3p Friday and a complete water heater install the next morning. Install seemed professionally done, no complaints so far.I can't give five stars because it seemed expensive, but I didn't have time to really shop around. There was a bit to do to install a new gas water heater to code, but $3600 was more than I expected.I'm willing to give Nick's another shot, but I'll probably get a few quotes next time.

I had a leaking toilet and Demondrick went the extra mile (literally) to take care of my needs. The universal gasket in the repair kit didn’t fit my toilet. Demondrick diligently searched out the needed and hard to find part driving to no less than 4 different supply houses. Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Working with Mike to solve our plumbing problems was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. If we had any other concerns, he even made return visits.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

These guys are great. I had a behind the wall leak, they came out, quicky figured it out, fixed it, cleaned up, and snaked a shower that slow drains. I expected to pay a grand, it was only $270. The two plumbers were very nice, put on booties over their shoes, and did a nice job with the sheetrock.I’ve used them several times over the years and been impressed with how reasonable they are relative to their skills.

My water heater stopped working all of a sudden. I called RTD plumbing The technician came and helped me restart that. Also, gave me information on how to do it by myself. This is the reason, RTD gets my first call whenever there is any plumbing issue.

Morgan did a great job fixing my furnace and water heater. He was able to finish it the same day I requested it and made sure I had heat and hot water before he left. ☺️

This company was used by my landlord during our build out… items were not installed correctly, trash including the boxes from the sinks to be installed as well as cups and other trash were left in the business when the crew left. When contacted to come back and fix the wrong sinks (that were labeled) being installed in the wrong areas they installed them where they belong but not before breaking the cabinet and leaving unsightly holes in the walls with no effort to fix anything… only to now find out one of the sinks has been slowly leaking where we couldn’t see. I honestly would not recommend.

I broke my water line between the meter and my house on a Saturday morning. These guys had a plumber at my house within 2 hours. Work was performed well and promptly. Price seemed fair. Will definitely call them for future needs.
