This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Lucky's Plumbing (A1 Plumbing) was referred by two friends and now I'll refer to you! Great service, came within 3 hours of my call and I wasn't an emergency. Eric, my technician, evaluated my faucets, got my tankless heaters working, gave me advice on my water pressure problem that will save ALOT of money and then didn't charge a service fee. I've had three plumbers come to my house and none were as knowledgeable as Eric. I've finally found a trustworthy and competent plumber. Emily was very nice too! Highly recommend! A reputable plumber should offer some kind of guarantee on their work. Make sure you understand what is covered and for how long before you hire them.

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Great job removing 2 leaking builder-grade water heaters and replacing with new Tankless system. Built new platform in attic to hang Tankless and cleaned up all gas/plumbing lines. Also installed new valves for circulation pump. Professional job and loving this new system!
