Great plumber very informative just very pricey. I would have gave a 5 star if they were a bit more affordable. But he came out with in the hour of my 1st call and was very knowledgeable. Super professional! Will be calling again if needed.

I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Brandon and Emily are both very nice to work with and will make you feel a lot less anxious about whatever issue they are taking care of for you.If you need a plumber you can trust, call Lucky's Plumbing. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have been through many so called plumbers but it was worth it to end up finding these guys. Leonard and his guy hooked up my new kitchen sink with disposal. Hooked up my bathroom sink. Fixed the leak on the main shut off valve for the house, re did all the connections (leak from the first plumber I used years ago). All of this cost less than what the guy who left the leak charged me. These guys enjoy their work and take pride in the work they do. Very knowledgeable and attention to detail is unmatched. I’m scheduled to have them come back to do my 13 year old water heater. These are my guys from now on.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Lucky's Plumbing (A1 Plumbing) was referred by two friends and now I'll refer to you! Great service, came within 3 hours of my call and I wasn't an emergency. Eric, my technician, evaluated my faucets, got my tankless heaters working, gave me advice on my water pressure problem that will save ALOT of money and then didn't charge a service fee. I've had three plumbers come to my house and none were as knowledgeable as Eric. I've finally found a trustworthy and competent plumber. Emily was very nice too! Highly recommend! Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

These guys are awesome! Very responsive and they do a fantastic job safely. Highly recommend.
