The technician also recommended hydrojet services for a kitchen sink clog at $350. I scheduled it for 4pm-8pm. I get a text at 8am saying the tech is on his way.After calling to tell them about this error, I asked if they would still honor my quote as I asked about in an email 3 days before the scheduled service. No one ever answered my question. They end up basically calling me a liar and said I didn't speak to a representative and informed me that they wouldn't honor the quote. The regular hydrojet price is $750. I considered it a sign to just decline their services.They are so unorganized that they still sent a tech at 4pm. The crazy part is it was the same incompetent tech that I specifically asked them not to send. Long story short, the next day I cleared the drain myself with my $20 auger from the local hardware store.
