Hector is the best! He has done several jobs for me from repairing pipes and gas lines to installing faucets and repairing water heaters. He's always very professional, does great work and is reasonably priced. I'm a realtor and have referred him to multiple people already and will continue to do so!

Thank Goodness for Leonard Papa and his professional expertise. He went straight to work on our kitchen connection blockage and repaired our dishwasher that had been inoperable for three months after Houston’s Big Freeze. He explained patiently what caused the problem and how to further protect our drinking water. Fair, honest, competent licensed plumbers are rare. He is a gem we highly recommend!

This guy can't even keep his appointment. He wanted to epoxy my 60-year-old galvanized pipes. VERY SHADY COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY.

My kitchen sink was stopped up.Budget was out within 2 hours. Fair price, I know, because another company was going to charge me double). Fixed quickly and respectfully. Stellar customer service.Five stars all the way around.

Plumbing was the 4th plumber I talked to about re-piping my entire sewer system. Their team were the most reasonable, knowledgeable, and helpful of all the previous plumbers. They got the job done quickly and professionally.

Hard freeze made a pipe burst. Emergency situation we had no water. Called the next day for service and they were able to help us. I can’t thank this company enough. They answer the phone and I was not redirected to a machine or answering service. Great job

I called early morning to cancel, AS I WAS INSTRUCTED! The plumber, who I am not sure was licensed, showed up anyway. I explained the problem was fixed and I had canceled as I was instructed to do. The guy said well let me take a look. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $250. And he did not fix anything. I am outraged and hope this review will serve as a warning!!!!!!

Byrd's was dispatched through my warranty company and I had a service tech sent to my home. He/she couldn't figure out the problem and left fairly quickly because it seemed like the issue had cleared itself up according to them. The next morning, the issue reappeared. I contacted my warranty company to have them sent out again and was told I needed to contact the company myself to set up a second time. As I called, the person that answered told me that she was there yesterday and there was no problem. I tell her that the stoppage is back this morning. She tells me that someone must have put something in there to stop it up since she had been there. The lady was rude point blank. So I called the warranty company and had them send out another company.The fact that the problem couldn't be figured out while she was there isn't an issue for me. As long as you come back out to fix the problem a second time. BUT the tone this lady used and to suggest I did something to my own toilet in the few hours since she had been there instead of just offering to come back out was way over the line.I won't be a customer and honestly don't care whether he/she reads this message, but maybe it'll make you think about how you talk to your customers in the future.

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!
