Best Leaky Faucet in Houston TX

I had a really bad leak in my pantry and Alex and George explained everything to me and what they were going to do to fix the issue. They also fixed the flapper in my upstairs restroom. They were very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Leonard and crew came out to my house very quickly, with masks and PPE for Covid protection, and quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired it. Very professional with reasonable prices. We went from problem to working plumbing in like 30 minutes! Plus the office/scheduling staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be using them again and recommend you do too.

Can not recommend the team at TDT highly enough! We had a drain line collapse in an old building, Keith and the crew from TDT came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and replaced the entire collapsed section. They were professional, responsive, and did high quality work for a very fair price. Will definitely be using them again in the future. If you are looking for honest old school work at a fair price you can't go wrong with TDT.

My experience was during the week of the freeze when everyone’s pipes burst in Houston. They helped us out because they were in the neighborhood while they were dealing with constant phone calls and appointments. They showed excellent customer service when it wasn’t really required at the time and did a repair to get us running water again.

I called for a shower head leak, and they came out right away, fixed it, better than it was, left and was so kind, informative and professional. Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week.
