The gentleman was very nice however he just put a clamp on the pipe we would have rather had the pipe replaced instead of a clamp but tha was never an option. Just said our pipes were old we know that all other plumbers have replaced pipe sections never put a clamp and for 95.00 very expensive. I would not use this Company again. But the service man was very nice.

Ripping people off. Take advantage of the situation where home owner doesn't know much about the issue. The water heater unit was working perfectly, then we had to shut down the gas line due to some work outside of the house. When the gas line turned back on, we couldn't able to lit on the gas on the water heater. I was away for business, wife called this riff off company and the technician came by and said the ignition fuse box has to be replaced, cost about $300 or so. After the replacing the part, the guy said the total cost is $952 for the job. What the heck? I could replace the entire unit including the water tank for $1000 or less. We have no choice but to pay for it because the work has already completed. Btw, they charge you $130/hr. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They said they in business since 1974, but that was just a horse shhhitttt.

Honestly SUPER Trustworthy company. I initially contacted them replace and install a new water heater due to bad smell in hot water. They arrived on time, they wore a mask and shoes covering, before going inside my apartment(recently purchased). They did a quick assessment on exciting water heater, they found out it was install within the last 2 years. They gave me several option to consider before replacing it and they advised me as a first step to do a water heater flush to resolve the bad smell in hot water. We took their advise and it appears the problem is solved. During appointment scheduling, I mentioned a bathtub hot water issue and he stated valve might need a small adjustment. They fixed that valve as a courtesy, no extra charges for it.This company is very reliable and professional. They explained the process step by step. Chris and Josh were super knowledgeable.There are not to many honest companies around, but I can tell you GOT FLOW it is honest. They could easily charged me for installing a new water heater when the existing one was almost new.Im glad to found GOT FLOW SERVICES, they will be my plumbing and AC company from now on.Thanks for been a proffessional, reliable and honest company.

We used this company before awhile back and wanted to use them again for some projects around the house. The plumbers show up and spend a good 30 minutes talking on their phones, doing whatever-while charging by the hour. We supplied the faucets that we wanted to change out in both of our upstairs bathrooms but was told one of the boxes was missing the drain stop. We also wanted them to check and fix any leaking valves under the sinks but was told since it’s welded to the knob they’d have to cut a hole in the wall and fix it that way - No thank you. They did however fix a running toilet upstairs but since the rest of the projects did not get completed as hoped what should have only taken one hour ended up costing almost $500 for two hours of “work”. This was a disappointing service and we will go with someone else next time.
