Hi, I called several A/C companies for help with a commercial unit. No one had the time but, Turbo A/C said no problem. They were so helpful and kept us up to date as to when the technican would be here. Rene was awesome, fixed the problem and stayed around to make sure everything was good. 1 Call was on time and fixed problem completely. Bobby, the technician, was polite, cleaned up all used parts, and even used disinfectant wipes in the area around the toilet after he was finished (the job was rebuilding the toilet tank). It is unusual to see a repair person who is concerned about leaving the client's home clean and neat, so I was very impressed and appreciative.At my request, Bobby also provided a reasonable cost estimate for doing future faucet replacements in my bathroom & kitchen. Because he was neat and performed today's job 100%, I will not hesitate to have Bobby/1 Call perform the faucet repairs in the very near future.

Got Flow got to me as soon as they could considering it’s the height of air conditioning season. Jose was being trained by John I believe.. FYI Jose is a gem. Very respectful and and patient with all my questions. Even though these guys were working outside in the heat, they were very professional looking in their clean uniforms and their names prominently displayed so there was no doubt they were who they said they were. I will definitely use this company again but hopefully not too soon! Thanks guys-my House is almost cool again.

Ricardo and Rubin removed my old bathroom sink drain and installed a new pop up drain. They came early for my appointment and promptly completed their work task. The work site was left clean and they were very professional in every way.
