I called Turbo Home Services on Sunday morning, and I had a technician out by 3pm that afternoon. I was given a window of arrival between 1-4pm, and I received a call from Jay at 2pm saying he was about 45mins away from my home. He was professional and friendly when he called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived a little less than 45 minutes later. When he arrived, e had a smile on his face, was patient with my dog and accommodating to me whileTaking care of my son. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and had the problem w my AC and had it fixed in about an hour. He explained the work he did, offered to walk me through his work he performed (I declined), and he explained the charges. I am pleased with the service I received and happy w Jay’s professionalism. I will use Turbo again.

After my a.c. Decided to quit out on me on a Sunday afternoon, One Call Houston quickly sent over a technician to fix. The technician, Eddie, was extremely helpful and efficient. He gave me a work around so I could have cool air until he was able to get the part needed the following Monday morning. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find.
