He even provided us with advice on how to maintain clean drains in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service and would suggest them to anyone else looking for a great plumber!

Our AC stopped cooling effectively in July. We had 2 techs come over (JS and ZC) to assess the situation. They both said our system needed to be completely replaced. ZC gave us a quote of $21,000. He also completely turned off the compressor when we weren't looking so the house got very hot very fast. Luckily we noticed, turned it back on so we got some relief and called someone else to assess our AC. We spent less than $3,000 and my AC is still working great 6 months later.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I had this company come out to my home to service one of my AC units. The top two floors of my home are not cooling well and I have two AC units that come in my house. Two for the bottom floor and two for the top floor. I had a tech named Victor come to the house to help solve the issue. Apparently, he opened the dumpers and did a temperature check with a probe for what was coming out of the inside unit. I was told everything was “fine “. I’m still having issues with the AC. My top unit has been on for over 25 hours trying to cool the floors below 76°. I understand this is Texas and it is very hot. However my bottom two floors have no issues maintaining a temperature of 72°. I paid a $39 diagnostic fee and the issue was was not resolved. I called back later in the day to have someone come out and look at this issue again. No one has returned my call.

OneCall replaced my water heater in 2021. While I’ve had 1 or 2 small issues since then, one of them being a leak from the pipe fitting that I discovered this Christmas morning (due to cold weather), their customer service is one of the best I’ve seen and keeps me loyal to them.Bobby has come out during each time to come fix the issues and he explains what went wrong and what he will do to fix it.Being an existing customer, they are very quick to respond and send someone out.

I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well!
