Jose Gonzalez came out to my moms Heights bungalow after countless other companies had and was honest, diligent, and performed quality work. Unlike the other big name companies like ABACUS who told me my mom needed her entire pipe system redone and that they could help finance the 14k quote.Jose was amazing and I will use Texas Quality Plumbing again based on the quality of work, honestly, value, and cost.

I've used Lucky's to replace a hot water heater, fix multiple issues with a toilet, and fix a leaking tub. Not sure if there's such thing as a Minor plumbing problem. If so, my most recent wasn't one of those. It started as a blocked lavatory drain line, and became an emergency when it shut down my home AC system in 100 degree Houston weather. As a member of Pickett's VIP program, I was relieved that they responded quickly, and I was impressed with how thorough Blake and Phillip were in identifying, tackling and resolving the problem. Water line to house between meter and shutoff valve was leaking. The whole experience was very professional, friendly and affordable. Tony showed at 8:05, did his preliminary evaluation, gave a free estimate and had it repaired by 11:30. His dispatcher was quick to respond to texts and thorough in his explanations.
