We’re a Real Estate Management company located in Austin and have a rental property in Houston that we needed some plumbing work done for. We honestly called the first plumber on our list and it was Aaron’s plumbing. We needed an inspection done, so we spoke to Gilbert over the phone. He was really responsive, he gave me a quote right over the phone and made contact with the woman who is living in the rental. It was convenient how he took care of everything. They made sure the gas lines were good and fixed a couple of other plumbing issues. He got everything taken care of really quickly so we could get water turned on for our tenant.

They left eight small very heavy dark spots on my expensive carpet which I was fortunately able to clean up. They also left trash in my unit and considerable small white dust deposits outside my door. Very unprofessional! A proper plumber should clean up after their work.

I couldn't recommend Eduardo and the team at ErnTex Plumbing more!! They were excellent!At the worst time in the middle of an ice storm I needed a plumber. I was not expecting the level of service and professionalism from Eduardo when he arrived. He was on time (very late at night due to the emergency repairs) and perhaps the most polite professional and friendly service provider I have ever used!They worked quickly, found the leaks, repaired them the first time and helped me with addressing other concerns outside of their scope of work.
