Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. They were kind enough to offer me a same day appointment for my AC issue when it suddenly stopped working. The tech was punctual and worked until the issue was resolved. Due to the way my HVAC was wired, he couldn’t install the smart thermostat, unfortunately, but didn’t charge me for the work. One thing you can improve on is providing your techs with PPE, the tech didn’t have shoe covers (I provided plastic bags), and he eventually removed his mask.

Contacted Chavez Plumbing on recommendation of local highly rated HVAC Co. Told plumber - no rush, gurgling in toilet during shower. Free to come whenever, no rush. He was at my home within 30 minutes (I was at work) (was there less than 25 minutes) (I have cameras), and said no clog and I owed him $ 385.!!! Next shower, same gurgling, called another local Plumber, he came our the next day, fixed the clog, and left. Chavez Plumbing lied and cheated me. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very punctual profession and clean. Affordable price. Various bursted pipes and was told they would take care of me in 48 hours and managed to do it in 24. Over all a great experience.

I had emergency work that needed to be done because my sewer line was collapsing. I got quotes from other plumbers and they were basically trying to rob me. These guys came in, saw the work that needed to be done, calculated it, sent me the contract, and were on the job the next day. As far as I know the work is done right and clean. I would hire them again for the expedient delivery.
