I called Mission to get a second opinion on some very expensive repairs to my furnace that were recommended by another company. They were able to schedule me for the same day. Justin came. He was friendly and professional. He quickly found that my thermostat was installed improperly and that was why my furnace and AC wouldn’t come on. For less than $100, Justin reinstalled the thermostat and everything is working fine now. The other guys wanted to replace my blower fan and control panel. My system is still under warranty so it would “only“ cost $2100 for the labor. With no warranty the parts would’ve been an additional $4300. I’m so happy and grateful to Justin for his skill and honesty. I will definitely call Mission first from now on and recommend them to my friends.3/9/2023 My AC stopped working. Anthony came and checked it out. He clearly explained what was going on, and discussed options. He was very kind and considerate. i’m happy with the work he did.

Rene and his co-worker did an excellent job repairing my AC. They were professional, very knowledgeable and repaired at a great rate. $70 to come out and provide a quote is a big no no.

Octavio was friendly and professional and explained several different repair options for my upstairs A/C. He is very knowledgeable and can tell loves what he does.

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

I have to say I am highly impressed with this company overall and in particular with my technician Jay. Professional, polite and prompt, from the ladies in the office to the technicians...they sent someone out within hours of my call in triple digit heat. The first tech wasn't able to repair my AC that night, but he worked on it until 10:30 pm trying to get it up and running. Jay came out at 11 am the next morning, found the problem, had to make a run to the hardware store and still had it up and running in under 2 hours. Honestly, if I was able to give their company10 stars, I would.
