Best Central Air System in Houston TX

They fixed the broken pipe. Less than 6 months later the leak came back. I scheduled them to come take a look because of the warranty and they cancelled on me 2 times. I have been without running water for 4 days now because they will not work OT and cannot fit me into their schedule. I wouldn't rely on them. Go elsewhere. 10/8/19.

Sean came by and was very punctual. Had the unit running in seconds. We turned the unit off. He walked me through what he found. The concern was that the main power terminals to the attic unit pull disconnect was not sound. I completed the electrical repair myself by replacing the disconnect box. Their cost was very reasonable at $40. Additional cost to me $9. I will use them again!

Within 2 hours of my call, my techicician (Will Smith) diagnosed my problem., provided me with options and then left to get my parts and gave me a time that he would be back. Once back he completed the installation, removed the old water heater and totally cleaned the whole work area. He checked all faucets and made sure I had hot water before he left. Will is extremely thorough and professional.

Everything went well. Took less than 30 minutes and they honored their 49 dollar price. Even though they had three different prices for the number of feet, the 49 price was honored. Another company wanted 300 dollars to do the same exact thing!

I called Saturday at 4:30pm. Jay showed up shortly and fixed my a/c. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Followed up next day to make sure that house was cool. Thank you Jay!!
