We had an emergency plumbing issue. We called Nick’s plumbing at 7:30 am, and a plumber was at our house at 8:30. They did a great job with repairs and were extremely professional and responsive!! Can’t recommend them enough!

We live in a society where we give much importance to things that don’t really matter, and when you get a service with friendly and respectful people you just have to commend them for it… Leonard and Mario came to my house twice for different services (water heater installation and faucet installation), both times they arrived in time and they did their job without a hiccup, they are also very nice guys, you can tell they care not just about doing their job but the people they’re working for.Extremely satisfied with their work and recommended 100%

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I called to have them check if I have a shut off valve for my gas stove. I thought I did not have it and was clueless, but for safety reasons I just want to know if I can install one. Thay came and showed it to me where it I was. I surprised why they charge me the whole 70 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. These oeople have dollars signsin their faces. I asked for consideration sice they did not do anything but they still charge me the whole amount. I know it was a lapse on my part but during this time of economic dowturn, cant they give even a small consideration. Just goes to show what is in their hearts. Stay away from these crooks, heartless crooks!

Very easy to make an appointment and fast. My technician was very polite and courteous. Waited for me to arrive and walked the whole house and yard looking for my water leak! Would mist definitely recommend them!

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.

A reputable plumber should offer some kind of guarantee on their work. Make sure you understand what is covered and for how long before you hire them.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
