I set up an appointment with Eric Bradicich to test my water and outline my options. I was most impressed with the amount of time he took to explain the test results and outline my options. He gave me a week to consider, and then spent even more time answering more questions. My local plumber not available for several hours. OneCall came extremely quickly when I had water gushing from my broken off exterior water hose pipe and couldn't find the water shut off valve because it was buried. Willie Johnson was kind, friendly, efficient and he fixed it within in an hour. Thank you...turned a bad day into a better one.

Everyone was professional and respectful- from the person that took my call to the technician. VIP plumbing (the technician) was polite and professional. He told me the problem and explained the steps he took to fix it. I would highly recommend this company.
