He was able to walk me through his process from the beginning and answered any questions I had. Very friendly. Seemed to understand all aspects of his job, and he was understanding of the needs of both us living in the house and the owner. Would strongly recommend. 10/10.

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

Sebastian was my plumber. Excellent service. Called RR at noon, they confirmed appt. For 6-8 But tried to reschedule for earlier. I couldn't make it(just started a new job) then they called back with a dispatch for correct time. And confirmed where he was dispatched from which also helped me judge my time so I knew I could be there. He arrived exactly as expected. Quote was A little pricey but guaranteed for 6 months. Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

We were blown away with the services we received from James and Capital Care Plumbing. The most descriptive word I can think of is integrity which sadly few service entities have these days. James was super responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He could have charged us a small fortune and did not but instead got us fixed up at a fraction of what we could have been charged. We had some back and forth discussions and he responded immediately each time and the phone team truly made me feel that they cared. I used this plumbing company services to install and repipe a new sink garbage disposal. I provided the garbage disposal. This installation was for my father. He stated that Rolando properly installed the disposal using new pipe and provided a ground wire where there was none, previously.The installation is a vast improvement over the last time the old disposal was installed, correctly piped in a more simpler drain pattern under the sink and again, installed a ground wire, as recognized as needed by Rolando.The company uses flat rate fees, which was not priced during our service request, causing some confusion, no fault of the plumber, Rolando. We worked it out satisfactorily.My father was pleased with the final price, the professional installation and conduct of the plumber who recognized the work needed improvement.Since Thanksgiving is next week, I suggest giving Rolando a bonus that includes a full-size turkey. We have used Acosta Plumbing Solutions for several years for our annual plumbing inspection and water heater flush at my main home. They have performed the same services plus installed a new water heater at our rental house. They have made some repairs at both locations and we have been very happy with their services.

Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

I live in a condo and at the request of the condo management Sun Coast recently did plumbing work in my unit. They left eight small very heavy dark spots on my expensive carpet which I was fortunately able to clean up. They also left trash in my unit and considerable small white dust deposits outside my door. Very unprofessional! A proper plumber should clean up after their work.

Horribly expensive. $400+ for 90 minutes onsite for routine cleaning of a water heater.

I had been experiencing very low water pressure in my condominium, which the community had replaced the water pumps a year ago. I made an appointment with the owner of Sternenberg & Krohn to come and take a look. He looked at my kitchen faucet, and dismantled it. Turns out the pressure was fine, but I had a broken safety valve in the kitchen faucet which was causing the low water pressure. He also viewed my shower faucet and said I should soak it in vinegar or CLR to remove the calcium build up. All in all he was in my place 10-12 minutes. He said he didn't like to charge for things like this, so he wouldn't charge me. I got a bill in my mail a few days later for $140 for 10 minutes of work. I appreciate honesty and integrity, and if a person says he is not going to charge, I appreciate he stands by his words.
