Did a bit of research before contacting Acosta. They were out the same afternoon. Took them no time to resolve the issue was having with a leaking water intake line. All for a more than fair price. Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

After a month long game of back and forth miscommunications and excuses of “so and so isn’t in today” someone finally came out to check the water heater that was purchased from their company only to be charged an outrageous “service” fee with no resultion to the issue. Every conversation with each employee was condescending, rude and no one ever had a direct answer to the questions asked. Their office management has awful customer service. Overall horrific experience, take your business elsewhere.

Called to replace an old water heater and they were professional, easy to work with and got the job done right! I’ve never used a plumbing company as good as this and will recommend to all my friends and family.
