$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve!Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

While having to get your main plumbing line unplugged is never a fun experience, I will admit that Roto Rooter certainly helped ease the pain. They were very professional from the first call through the completed repair. The Call center was efficient and gave me a reasonable window for the tech to arrive. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived when he committed to. He was very pleasant and explained everything. After we found out how bad the main line was damaged by the roots of our large oak, he setup the repair for the very next day. He organized everything and was reasonable on the price. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs Plugged line help.. btw all this was on a Saturday and Sunday.. no extra fees.

They have installed two toilets, cleared a plugged bathroom line, installed a bathtub filter, dropped a gas line for a laundry room, and rerouted a dishwasher drain line to the garbage disposal. Very very awesome. The two gentlemen who came to service my home were very respectful of my home. They communicated to me.what was going on so I could understand. They made sure everything was working good and no leaks left unheard, air in the pipes or sand in the pipes. They discovered 9 more leaks in my home that I didn't even know I had but thank goodness they found them because that answered so many other questions of why I was have other maintenance issues in the home.
