Caleb and his team at Nick’s moved our a/c unit to accommodate a patio extension we have planned. There was some difficulty and intricacy to the project, but Caleb did an excellent job! He was on time, polite and communicated throughout the entire process, from the bid proposal to the job completion. The starter for the compressor went out last night and I called Turbo Home Services at 5:30am this morning and Michael was here by 10am and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and was very quick in identifying and resolving the issue. Michael communicated the issues and he was able to get the AC back up and running as it should in about 30-45 minutes which was great! This is a really hot weekend in Houston so I am very happy that we have AC. Thanks Michael and Turbo!

We have used this company for our AC over 20 years. And we just started using them for plumbing recently. Over the years, they always have proven to be very responsive and extremely professional. We can often get service the same day or the very next day. They have put in two units for us over the years, and keep them in good shape with our annual maintenance plan. They respect our property and answer all of our questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. He drained our hot water heater and even brought extra hoses so we could use the extra water in our garden. He thinks of everything!
