He responded quickly and worked well into the night to repair a broken water pipe in our yard, while explaining everything to us and finishing in quick and efficient manner. He's also one of the friendliest dudes I've ever met. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I'd rate them a 10/10 if I could.

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! I would gladly refer and use them again! Thank you for helping us during a trying time!!

I met Rudy many years ago when he replaced a broken water service line from the meter to my house and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. So recently I discovered that the main water line was leaking just below the house water cutoff lever. I contacted Rudy on Friday evening and he said that he would be able to check on it Saturday morning. He arrived earlier than expected which is a good thing because I did not have any running water in the house. Again Rudy provided excellent service and a reasonable price. Rudy is fair and honest so you can have complete confidence that you are getting good quality service at a very fair price.

I am very unhappy with John Moore Plumbing.I had to have a 100' section of my sewer pipe replaced to the city line. It involved jackhammering through my pea-gravel patio (about 40 ft) and additional trench line through the yard (about 20 ft). It was a very expensive job, and I agreed to price.The job was completed in mid-May 2022.PROBLEM 1:The patio was poorly repaired. (See attached pictures). I understand that concrete related items are difficult to repair/match, but the job looked like a kid did the work.In May, I asked that the job be done right, and the concrete guy did come out and look at it, and agreed to repair it. However, he was no show to several scheduled start dates. It is now Sept, and the job is still not repaired. In fact, the repair job is getting in worse condition.PROBLEM 2:The sewer pipe has now begun to to have issues again. I asked for them to diagnose the issue. I was told that plant roots have now grown in the 10 ft section of pipe between the house and the start point of the last repair. The tech is absolutely positive the roots were not there four months ago. I find it amazing that roots can grow so rapidly in the middle of a 1,000 sq ft section of concrete. Their suggestion is that I pay another large charge to bust through the other part of my patio.So,1. The repair job they did to my patio was terrible.2. The service to repair the patio is terrible.3. The plumbing (sewer pipe) problem still remains, and I am expected to pay more to fix the same problem they were supposed to fix in May.

Bar was very prompt & professional. He patiently answered multiple questions so we could better understand our issue. We will definitely use H-Town Emergency Plumber again!

Acosta's plumbing sent out a team that were professional, punctual and courteous. After receiving a quote that was incredibly too high from another plumbing company Acosta was able to fix my issue in under 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company
