Scheduled a date for them to come out and give an estimate to install our water softener/RO systems. No show and didn’t bother to call. They were recommended by our builder. Gave our builder the feedback and went with another company.

We had a backed up water main last night with a backed up disposal and water pouring out from the back of the washing machine.JRS came over immediately and worked on it until it was fixed. This is the third time that we have used this company and will continue to do so in the future.

Brad is an outstanding technician. He was prompt, courteous, easy to talk to and has excellent plumbing skills. He was so efficient. He unclogged our kitchen sink drain. He was in and out in less than an hour!

Worst customer service in the industry. I cannot imagine a reason why I would ever hire them for anything.

Professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and value. We had a plumbing situation and RG Plumbing were able to send out a tech quickly and get the job done. They were able to convert our old water heater system to a tankless seamlessly. We are very impressed with their craftsmanship and highly recommend their services!

They were great and very responsive. They DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg for a pseudo emergency call!!! I would definitely use them again!!!

Fixed our issue with clog between house and city pipes. They didn't give up after five minutes and completed the job. Very satisfied!!

Ripped me off. $750 for less than one hour! No fuss job, replaced 6 inches of exposed copper pipe. Its no wonder he was the only available plumber.
