Best Faucet Installation in Honolulu HI

These people are the absolute best. They have done work for my inlaws and have done work on my place a couple of times. I am always very pleased with how they accommodate us in our projects/repairs. Just had our inspection and the inspector had nothing really to say after Little Big touched basically every water fixture in the house. They do good work and are very professional. My wife picked out some modern and fancy (at least to me) fixtures and these guys had it all work out great. Mahalo Little Big!

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

They gave me a window of 8am-1pm, but arrived at 8am sharp. They were fast and only took about 30 min to complete the job. My only slight issue was, I was charged for a minimum of 1 hour of work for a 30 min job. Too bad they cant just prorate it. Times are hard and every penny helps, especially in Hawaii. The other thing was, they couldn't really identify the cause of the clog. There was debris in the pipe, but they weren't sure if the clog was from that or something else. But all in all they did take care of the clog, which is what the issue was, so I would say they still did a great job.

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Jonah arrived as scheduled and did a quality job replacing both hot and cold water shutoff valves for the washing machine (frozen from non-use for over 40 years with our recently replaced Maytag), and also a leaking hot water valve in the master bathroom. He tested and photo-documented the repair work. We're very happy with the completed plumbing work and expect many years of satisfied use.

Called them because my landlord has used Shane before. Was so thrilled to see he has own business! We just purchased our first home and needed some repairs. They sent out Nico and he was awesome! Nico and coworker fixed the lines on the water heater and replaced the pressure valve outside. Was fast working and clean work. Price was awesome. I have them saved as my go-to plumber ! Just love these guys. Will definitely use them again!

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services. Great customer service and affordable prices.

I've used Security Plumbing in past - from the time I was living in my condo. I've always been able to get an appointment within a day or two and was satisfied with their repairs and prices.

However, I've had to call them twice in the last five months or so and I haven't been pleased. The first time was to repair the drain in the shower. They had to look for the proper stopper because the tub was not a common design. I called the contractor who remodeled my house and they referred me to the website of the manufacturer of the stopper. I sent the correct email to Security Plumbing. A week went by, then a month, a month and a half, and nothing. I finally ordered the part myself and told Security Plumbing I got the stopper so please send someone to replace it. They sent someone over and it was done fairly quickly.

On a recent occasion, I wanted grab bars placed in the shower. They sent someone to take measurements so they could order the grab bars. I waited about 5 weeks without hearing back from them so I called them back. I was told that they were hesitant to send someone because they weren't sure what kind of studs were used. And there was an issue if their stud finder could find where the studs were placed since there's an enclosure. I called the contractor and was told that the studs were wood, not metal (it seems metal is more common nowadays). I told Security Plumbing. They were able to find a plumber on stuff who was confident that he find the studs and drill through the enclosure without damaging anything. An appointment was made and the gentleman came down. He was able to find the studs (they were placed the standard 16 inches apart) and suggested ways he could drill the holes to attach the grab bars. He would send me an estimate and if I agreed, they could make an appointment.

After waiting five weeks, I called again. A woman answered and said the supervisor would call me make in a couple of minutes. I had to call back later and said they would call back in a few minutes. I waited two more days and called again. I finally talked to the gentleman and was told that he would call me in a couple of minutes before he leaves for the day. It's been about a week and no call.

I should have learned me lesson the first time. I'll look for another plumber. The only reason I am giving Security Plumbing three stars is because of the excellent work they've done before. I worked with Brandon, the owner, about six or seven years ago and he was great. Can't say the same thing for some of his employees.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.
