Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

The plumber arrived from A1. He complained that we should've cleaned the floor before he got here. The floor wasn't wet until he flushed the toilet, overflowing the toilet and wetting the floor. We'd already told him the toilet was blocked. He was just complaining the whole time and didn't want to do the job. I called the company to complain and then he left. Poor service, unprofessional, didn't do the work.

Hawaii Plumbing Group has been contracted to replace all the plumbing in our high rise building. They just completed the stack where my unit is located. Project Manager, Peter and all the Hawaii Plumbing staff were very professional and considerate when they had to be in our unit. After all the work was completed, they came back thru and cleaned, patched and painted all areas that may have been bumped or nicked during the installation. They were especially considerate of our pet and made sure he was safe (since I had to be at work during the day). Our solar water heater was not functioning and we have had 2 other plumbers look at it and didn't do the job right. These plumbers were costly. My husband found air-o-smith and got an appmnt right away on a saturday. He was honest and told us exactly what was wrong and fixed it. That's integrity and love. I like it when pple treat the work like they're fixing their own. We have had hot water, got a new tank and are comforted knowing that we paid for honest work. We'll use this biz again. Terrible, do not use. They do not stand behind their work. They said they ‘fixed’ our leak, and it started leaking again within a few months. They would not even let me talk to the owner, Shane. I would advise you to use a plumbing company that you can trust.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services.
