Keone was very professional and dod a great job. He cleaned everything up and made sure it all worked.

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Came same day when my kitchen sink clogged but estimated $471 + tax to snake my drain. I had to pass and pay the dispatch fee.

Please not i cannot speak for the quality of service on either plumbing or AC. This review is purly based on price.Had these guys out to give me a quote for a pretty small job. Replace a drop inable PRV, add a hose bibb to a above ground line and unclogg a shower drain........my quote was 2400$. This was my fault as i thought hey i will shop around and see if other plumbers are a better deal than the guys i normally use. I naturally said no paid the 62$ for the pleaseure of them coming out...then called my other guys. Whole job with parts cost me 627$, PRV took literealy 13 minutes to replace (which is what i had said while these guys where, though i think i said 30).Just a fair warning for anyone using these guys.

John from Shoreline Plumbing was very quick to respond and was able to provide an estimate that was affordable and fair, considering he had to come out on a Sunday! John showed up on time and was very professional, he did a great job and was very patient in explaining the reasons for the plumbing back-up. I was remodeling my shower, and at the last minute, I needed a new plumber to replace the shower valves. I found Kama Hele Plumbing on Google Maps, and it had high reviews. Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had. I was really happy to hire Steve Harla in fall of 2018 to work on several plumbing items on my Pearl City rental home that needed attention. Steve replaced the three toilets with new ones, all of the kitchen faucets in the 3 bathrooms and the the kitchen, installed a new dishwasher, connected a new refrigerator and then installed a new main water shut-of-valve for the entire house in a much more convenient location than the 33-year old water shut-of valve closer to the street. He's easy to work with, professional and gives very fair pricing. He also did a prompt emergency repair on a toilet tank leak at my mom's house which was much appreciated. I'll continue to use Steve for all of my big and small plumbing needs. Good guy.

I requested estimates for a bathroom sink replacement from several companies but decided to go with Diamond Head Plumbing, not because they provided the lowest estimate but more so because they were the most professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about the estimate that was emailed to me, so a couple of technicians were sent to my residence to do an inspection. The office sent me a follow-up estimate that was higher than the first; however, it was consistent with what I discussed with the technicians who did the inspection. On the appointed day, technician Chris Robinson arrived on time wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing. Chris did an excellent job and took the time to explain what he did. The payment process was also quick and easy. I can’t see Diamond Head from my home, but I called Diamond Head Plumbing anyway and am glad I did!
