These people are the absolute best. They have done work for my inlaws and have done work on my place a couple of times. I am always very pleased with how they accommodate us in our projects/repairs. Just had our inspection and the inspector had nothing really to say after Little Big touched basically every water fixture in the house. They do good work and are very professional. My wife picked out some modern and fancy (at least to me) fixtures and these guys had it all work out great. Mahalo Little Big!

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

Plumber John was very pleasent & personable. He responded within 30 min. to return my call. I told him I had a leaking gas water heater that I needed to remove & install a new one I purchased. He quickly arrived within 20 min. Installation & recommendations was done within an hour. He was very knowledgeable & made everything looked so easy to do. His Labor prices are extremely affordable. I Highly Recommend Plumber John's services. My Family & I are looking forward in the near future to utilize his expertise.

We needed to do plumbing repairs in our Waikiki condo while we were out of town in New Jersey. The staff at the 535 Plumbing were courteous and professional, from scheduling to carrying out the repair work. They also picked up toilets we ordered online. The technicians were very efficient in replacing 3 toilets and 9 Angle Stop Valves in all bathrooms within 3 hours. Our friend who was house-sitting for us was very impressed by their work.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.
