Wow, I am so very happy with the service I received from Little Big Plumbing. From the initial phone call to completion they were courteous, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. Megan understood my hesitation about paying for an estimate (instead of free estimate) and assured me that the technician would be able to get the job done. Michael was on time and very pleasant and professional. He found the source of the leak right away and explained to me the cause and what he would do to fix it. He was finished quickly and cleaned up his work space as well. The total price was affordable, making this entire process hassle free for me. I would definitely recommend Little Big Plumbing again and again. Value, professionalism, quality, responsive, courteous service, and pleasant overall. Excellent company!!

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

Terrible! After the job was finished there was a long Crack thru my toilet tank.

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Glenn showed up early. He called and asked if he could come early as his previous job was done quicker then scheduled. Of course! He unplugged a tub drain, replaced a broken pop top, caught a running toilet I didn’t even know was running and replaced a flapper. He then double checked all the toilets to be sure. I love that preventive maintenance. Saves me water and money. He explained everything in layman’s language. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. Very happy with their service. I wanted to replace my main valve. Some companies came and wanted to do the job, but making it so complicated/removing the water-heater, making a big hole in the sealing ect/. I finally called HPG. The guys came and give me a very good estimate, with nothing else but just replacing the valve. They came at the day we scheduled and did the job in no time. Both guys were very good and professional. Clean after themselves like they were never here. Very good job. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services. Great customer service and affordable prices.

Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship.
We had the same problem last year and it took one of those rotor named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.
