Had my main shutoff valve replaced. Tech showed up on time, was professional and courteous. He dug out the old one, installed new box and valve. Perfect quality, great local company, fair price. I will use them every time I need a plumber.

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

The guys were great and did not give up when snaking a condo showerAfter almost 2 hours at 730 pm they gave it another try and out came a wire piece from the hardware that had been there for many many years!!Thank you!!Mystery solved!

Glenn showed up early. He called and asked if he could come early as his previous job was done quicker then scheduled. Of course! He unplugged a tub drain, replaced a broken pop top, caught a running toilet I didn’t even know was running and replaced a flapper. He then double checked all the toilets to be sure. I love that preventive maintenance. Saves me water and money. He explained everything in layman’s language. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. John was great to work with. He returned my call right away and came by that evening to give me an estimate. The job was to replace my old cracking cast-iron drains; it was not yet leaking so it was not an emergency job. He was very easy to work with and very informative. He explained in detail everything that needed to be done and made sure that I understood. He also gave some options on how I could proceed with the whole job at once or if I wanted to do it in phases. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his explanations.

The price for his work was significantly less than the competition. I will definitely call John for future plumbing needs.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services. Great customer service and affordable prices.

I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls.
