Very impressed with Little Big Plumbing who was provided through American Home Shield. Keone Foo was the plumber sent and was awesome. Very professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. We had a leak coming from the master bath that was dripping from the ceiling below. Keone had to cut out a portion of the ceiling to find the leak and did it so professionally. He took the time to lay out plastic covering before making clean cuts in the ceiling to minimize the mess. He quickly found the leak and explain where it was coming and how he was going to fix it. Repair was quick and clean up thorough. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs. Mahalo Keone, Megan and everyone at Little Big Plumbing!

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

Tony and his assistant are amazing! I called him to come fix a noisy pipe and they fixed it in less then 15 minutes. He has great service, communication and timeliness. Tony also has affordable rates so I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Pipe replacement and lining.

Avoid. Avoid avoid avoid. The plumber just left my home. We called because of a leak under our kitchen sink last night and had an appointment window of 10-12, he showed up at 1pm. When he came his first words were I don't have notes, what am I here for? Well, I'm not sure 100% my husband told them so I asked why the company didn't provide those details. He asked again what work He was there for so I explained the issue. Within 10 mins it was determined I needed a new disposal. He had me sign the estimate form, but the form was blank, so I took a photo of it since it seemed sketchy. It was also sketchy that he quoted me $150 for the first hour when we were told $120 last night. While he was gone buying a new disposal I sent my husband the photo and he called the company right away. Not only did they say he should not have had me sign a blank receipt, and suddenly we got an all inclusive quote. When he returned he proceeded to jokingly shame me, as he got in trouble because of the photo I took. I let him know it was my right and he proceeded to get to work. While he was working he decided it was a good opportunity to recruit me to Primerica, which is an MLM pyramid scheme not related to the business. This is beyond inappropriate, and decided to call his upline to tell them he had someone interested IN THE MIDDLE OF HIM FIXING THE DISPOSAL. When the appointment concluded he told me he didn't know how to take a credit card and asked for a check. I was not happy but found a check and paid him, taking another photo. Lastly, after signing the receipt he didn't leave my copy with me, so I chased him down before leaving and he acted as if giving me a receipt was unusal. I took it and happily sent him on his way. What a nightmare. I didn't even get proof of the cost of the disposal in the end. Go somewhere else! HomeAdviser was so very wrong.

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.
