These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

I called Pueo Plumbing late in the evening for drain cleaning as the main sewer line was clogged. They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule for the evening. However, I decided to reschedule to the next day as it would have been close to midnight by the time they could get there. Technician showed up first thing the next morning. Great service, professional, and on time. I’ll be calling Pueo Plumbing going forward for plumbing services.

I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

They are so great that even the property manager uses their service. The crew, Nate, is very professional, efficient , does a fantastic job of cleaning up and just so nice. Service and expertise were so appreciated. Travis did the job assigned he was courteous friendly arrived on time and finished earlier than predicted. He gave me some good advice on another plumbing issue I am so pleased with the response from this company I will RECOMMEND Steve’s Plumbing to my friends. My original tankless water heater which Larry installed over 20 years ago stopped working. Larry came over on the weekend and installed a new one but there were some problems. He kept at it until it was totally operational and didn't give up which I appreciated. I would recommend this company esp if you want to save some space and electric costs.

Installed a dishwasher quickly and expertly.

Be careful with this plumbing company and remember the hours of service. They tend to over charge. I know I'll never go back to them and will never recommend to anyone!

Thursday morning before Christmas and I find water is gushing out of my water heater. Same day Paul comes out to assess. Saturday gives me three quotes I requested. Sunday we let him know how we want to move forward. We're expecting he'll be back in a week and instead says he wants to make sure we have hot water during the holidays. Next day (Monday) he and his wife are here at noon and in less than two hours we have hot water again! Cleaned everything up nicely too.
Responded promptly, was knowledgeable, worked effeciently and was professional throughout.
Hopefully we'll never need another plumber, but I am holding on to Paul's contact info for sure!

We bought a new unit at the Central Ala Moana and after a year living here, one of our AC units started leaking water from the bottom middle portion. We hired an AC tech from another company to take a look. Turns out the insulation around the pipes were taped to the pipe every 6 inches or so when they are supposed to be glued to the pipes to remove air pockets which leads to building of condensation and eventually pools water between the pipe and the insulation. Now I got yellow stains on my walls. If you cannot get the job right, dont do the job!!!
