Simple job but I don't have the equipment for it. Keoni repaired it quickly, cleanly, and he's a very nice, polite guy. I call them for all my plumbing issues - my home and all my rentals.

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

These guys were great. Called, got the low down on our problem, dispatched an estimator, and came back quickly to do the job. Felt very confident about their level of expertise. I am relieved to have had the job done by such pros. Scott and Dakota were great on the job. Leo in the office was so easy to work with. Great job, guys! 🤙

Overwhelming, that's how I can best describe my experience with 2 other plumbing companies we've spoken to. We own an old home with a lot of issues, one of them being the plumbing. The first company we spoke to understood what we wanted done, but didn't really take in to consideration what we could afford. Another company sent a representative that wanted to pile on a bunch of stuff on top of what we were already asking. That rep literally walked around our house saying we can do that to every little thing he saw. I was beginning to think he was losing sight of what we really needed. Can you understand why it was overwhelming!?!

THANKFULLY Shane, Dalon, Pam, Keri and the rest of the 535 crew were able to ease things down a bit for us. Shane and Dalon understood what we wanted, but made us aware of what we needed, all while considering what we could afford.

535 handled three separate issues for us within a span of 2 1/2 months. Replacement of our galvanized pipes, sewer repair and installation of our gas oven were the issues/jobs. I HAVE TO SAY MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE PRICE. During replacement of our galvanized pipes one of the workers, Charles (I think) discussed a couple of things he needed to do to our downstairs bathroom and kitchen. His explanation was very clear and thorough. I appreciated that a lot! Also on the day the galvanized pipes were replaced, a couple of workers were having a hard time getting the downstairs kitchen sink to work, so they ended up staying later after all the other workers had left. I felt so bad for them. Our home is really old and the plumbing has not been updated for some time now, add on the fact the downstairs kitchen hasn't been used for almost 25 years, for them to get everything working again is unbelievable.

We did have one small communication snafu, but it wasn't too bad. The workers were able to call the office and we squashed it immediately.

Friendly and professional, great quality, yet affordable, to sum this all up! We greatly appreciate everything they've done.

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Shayna and Nate for making this plumbing job a good and informative experience for me and my family. God bless your company and all its employees with continued success.

This company repaired and glued less than 12 of PVC for me, worked for less than 3 hours, and charged over $700. I believe they overcharge. How many years is plumber school? They're not Doctors.

Obviously not used to working in inhabited residences. No dust barriers used. Did not vacuum when finished for the day. Dust everywhere!

When our 40 gallon water heater was approaching its end of life, we were referred to Larry. He is an amazing person to work with, always prompt and very thorough. Definitely a stand up guy and very honest with his prices.
They put in a sleek looking Stiebel Eltron model which I think is just as fast heating up the water as the the regular water heater.
Definitely no regrets and hopefully we will have no problems with it.

Brison’s Plumbing is a very high quality, very professional and yet like a Hawaiian family type service. Once you become a customer, you become like family. They will always be there for you to help with all your plumbing needs! Prices are very competitive too! I Highly Recommend! You won’t regret it!

The guy came to fix my shower was friendly, but not professional at all. Why he needed to borrow WD40 & screw driver from me? And it was almost done in about one hour, then he decided to go to a store to get some parts. They charged me all those hours (3hours total). Women in the office are not very nice. They have poor customer services over the phone. Worst of all, my shower problem is not fixed after all. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Thursday morning before Christmas and I find water is gushing out of my water heater. Same day Paul comes out to assess. Saturday gives me three quotes I requested. Sunday we let him know how we want to move forward. We're expecting he'll be back in a week and instead says he wants to make sure we have hot water during the holidays. Next day (Monday) he and his wife are here at noon and in less than two hours we have hot water again! Cleaned everything up nicely too.
Responded promptly, was knowledgeable, worked effeciently and was professional throughout.
Hopefully we'll never need another plumber, but I am holding on to Paul's contact info for sure!

We bought a new unit at the Central Ala Moana and after a year living here, one of our AC units started leaking water from the bottom middle portion. We hired an AC tech from another company to take a look. Turns out the insulation around the pipes were taped to the pipe every 6 inches or so when they are supposed to be glued to the pipes to remove air pockets which leads to building of condensation and eventually pools water between the pipe and the insulation. Now I got yellow stains on my walls. If you cannot get the job right, dont do the job!!!
