I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

I’ve never wrote a review before, but my experience with Jeremy at Steve’s Plumbing warrants one.Professionalism and timeliness. Jeremy was beyond helpful and repaired my pipes within 30 minutes. He made it seem so quick and simple, while also providing extraordinary customer service.I will definitely be going back and specifically asking for Jeremy with any future plumbing problems!

Interviewed for an Estimator Position a few months ago, was told I would be great at It. Never got a call back, called the guy I interviewed with, never got a call back! They suck if you want to try to get a job with them!! I would never hire them for any work!!

Usually has what I need or want.

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.

Another job just done today. Thanks to VANGEL who did amazingly!I've had more than a couple of pipe and drain issues done in myhouse. Being an old one, problems can get really nasty. I've seen different techs too and they're not all the same.Vangel handled 3 different issues and did very very well in each of them. Where others struggle, he does it in a breeze, being very EFFICIENT and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Hey, and he sees to it that his client doesn't spend so much. (Resourceful!)Thanks again VANGEL and MATT. Service highly commendable!

I love Diamond Head Plumbing. I have a rental unit in Honolulu where our tenant had toilet leaking problem. I donʻt have a lot of knowledge for repairs. One of the staff explained so well on the phone. I remember talking to Cooper. He is superb! The work was done well and the repair did not take long, meaning we paid as we had expected during the initial phone conversation.
