Best Plumbing Problem in Honolulu HI

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

We had a running toilet and sink that was dripping.... called few different plumbers but A-1 was definitely the most reasonably priced for a weekend and could service the on that same day! Which was a blessing! He fixed everything and even double checked the problems within the hour. Thanks bruddah!! We will definitely call them in the future....! And we definitely recommend this company 👌 👍!!

Josh and team are awesome. We hired them to work on some drainage issues and those issues turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. Josh and team took the time to figure out the issue and make it right. In the middle of this large project, we had a leak in our bathroom.....without hesitation, Josh took care of the issue in no time. Of course it happened on a weekend and he talked me through the stop gap measure until he could get out there to fix( later that day) We will definitely use them again

Every morning an HPG truck with license plate 771-### zooms through the bus only lane to cut ahead of all the cars approaching the Middle Street tunnel. Any company that disregards rules, takes short cuts, and breaks the law to save time for themselves is not a company that I would ever trust to work on my family's home.

Unfortunately we've been having a problem with our toilet after just moving in our new home. Further, the problem came at night but I couldn't wait till the next day. After requesting service I was lucky enough to get a tech (Brian) to arrive in 30 min. He was professional, laid out the options I had and quickly went to work. Did the job very cleanly, explained what was going on, did the job quickly and advised me as to what to look out for should any problems arise. It was one of the better experiences for me concerning problems of this nature. I'd recommend Brian to use in the future.

Tony and his assistant are amazing! I called him to come fix a noisy pipe and they fixed it in less then 15 minutes. He has great service, communication and timeliness. Tony also has affordable rates so I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Reliable

Shoreline has repaired a water leak inside the wall behind my shower, replaced old corroded drain pipes, and replaced leaking bath faucets. They are dependable, responsive and most importantly, unlike many companies, show up when they say they will. I recommend them without reservation.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

Very pleased, job well done.
