I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. Kevin came very fast about 1 hour after the call.He said it would cost $773.00 to change 2, 12 braided lines and 2 on/off valves under my sink. I said he can get it City Mill a few blocks down from my home and he said it is a special braided line because the 2 ends are small and City Mill does no carry these special lines.My wife was home at the time and I was on the road. I thought that was very high for a small job as I can do work like this also but my Home Warranty covers this so I decided to let them pay for it.When I went home to check my records, these 2 braided lines was changed about 7 years ago and the 2 lines came from City Mill, hmmm. Actually these are 2 standard braided lines, nothing special about them!I was suppose to get a call back to talk to Kevin but he did not call me back about the price and then call my Home Warranty Co. but did not get a call back.I called 535 Plumbing and they said the price is $375.92 total after sending the pictures I took for them.I expect to get this approved, but not $773.00.What do you think, special braided lines?535 Plumbing said the lines are free.Sorry to say but I was not born yesterday, I'm over 65 now.Concerned consumer.

Our sink in the kitchen was leaking and damaged our entire kitchen. I called Eco Clean and they responded right away. Alex made sure our kitchen was cleaned up, and safe to be used again until they finish the repairs.
Totally recommend them!

Very fast, professional workmanship at a price that beats most, if not all competitors on Oahu!

Living in an older high rise condo has exposed me to interesting plumbing needs. The first two plumbers I needed to hire did adequate work but seemed to leave small things undone. For example after the installation of a new garbage disposal, the plumber stated that the slight looseness was how it was supposed to be. However, when the Home Depot partnership with Kama'aina Plumbing resulted in Joe installing a new toilet, I saw a plumber with total attention to detail and total neatness. When, a few months later, my sink was clogged, I called the same company and rescheduled the time so that Joe could be the plumber. Again, I notice systematic attention to detail and neat and complete work. Incidentally, Joe also noticed that the garbage disposal was not properly tightened and properly tighten the screws. I will contact this company and ask for this plumber in the future.
