I was doing a plumbing job for someone else, we were sold a gas line for a water line and told it would work, I knew the difference between them but the person I was helping didn't and didn't take my advice. Bottom line it costed him 51 dollar it should not have. This is a repeat customer I hope don't go back

He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH! They just completed a bathroom renovation for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all, the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people. They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way. They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day. The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property. I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decade's old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves. They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation. Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with. They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process.
Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity! THAT is huge for me. You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people. It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

Matt, Josh, and Jeremy were extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. They walked me through all the issues with great detail and provided me multiple options for the repairs. Even when I threw several other items I needed fixed, they took them all in stride. I'm very happy with the level of service from them and Steve's Plumbing.

Martin and his team came out for a quote to take care of 3 issues in our house. I had already received quotes from 3 other plumbers and his quote was out of this world fair. Not only was Martin professional and on time, he gave recommendations to ensure the longevity of our current plumbing. This is the team you want if you're looking for a plumber!

Joseph came by to do a bunch of various jobs around my home today. The main job that I needed him for however, was to remove a strip of popcorn ceiling in my window frame. Him and his partner did the job quickly, effectively, and with very high quality. They also brought their own vacuum and cleaned up the area very thoroughly.

Joseph even provided insights and recommendations for when I call them back next time. I was very impressed. Also, Joseph is good businessman. He indicated that some paint would have to dry and that he couldn't just stand around waiting for nothing. It just wouldn't be ethical to charge me for that. So he left, and the other guy took care of everything to make the best use of time.

As I mentioned, I'll need to hire them again for more work, and I definitely won't hesitate to do so. Not only did they do the job well, but they were friendly, professional and provided me with great recommendations.

Finally, being able to book them via email is why I reached out to them in the first place (this is my 2nd time booking work with them). Listing down available times as well as listing down a detailed list of requested jobs is so much easier on email than trying to talk it out on the phone. They also provide online invoicing. Really awesome.

I had water damage from the 2nd floor and into the garage. Thr property management company hired this company to take care of it.

The first day the came and did work, for some reason the 2 young kids decided it would be fun to go into the master bedroom and touch things and leave footprints all over, when there was no work to be done in that room. Also leaving a mark on a painting that me and my wife made.

Night time comes and me and the wife are hanging out in the living room and we hear 2 mini bangs. We open the freezer and one of their workers took the drinks i ordered online from my garage and put them in there. Thanks for making a mess.

They came and installed 2 ceiling fans at my house, they where super friendly, and did a great job. They finished faster then I expected and left no mess what so ever! I would definitely recommend them and their professional services to any looking for quality work with a smile.
