Little Big Plumbing (LBP) did an amazing job to help us with a very complicated water problem in our condo involving flood issues between floors. Going above and beyond, they involved multiple levels of service and supervisors to resolve a complex problem. Responsive, professional, thoughtful and always doing the most to be helpful. We really appreciate them because it was a challenging and difficult problem that they never gave up on and were most sensitive and reassuring to us.

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! As a female home repair can be intimidating but John did not go over my head excellent job with amazing prices... also gave me recommendations.... would i recommend or use John....ABSOLUTELY!!!

We called Air-O-Smith on Saturday night and got new tank installed on Sunday morning. I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services.
