A little late in posting, but 535 Plumbing's employees are marvelous to work with. Return calls are prompt, and ladies like Victoria and Jolene are patient, congenial, and knowledgeable. I initially interacted with Christian, who repaired a clogged kitchen drain and did a great job. His assessment on the invoice read like a medical diagnosis and treatment. The second call was for a bathroom leak. I especially appreciated their assessor, Junior, who found more immediate problems than the initial service duo and seemed to want to leave even as they arrived. Junior identified the problem and found other issues that could be future problems, then suggested necessary repairs. Johnny and Rudy were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable and amazingly did both involved condos without complaint. And they did an excellent job on their return to put up the drywall. They painted the areas they put up and extended the painting to the nearby walls to blend in the color. They cleaned up the rooms and hallways before leaving the condominiums and complex.

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. These guys are awesome. They came to our house the same day we called and fixed a pipe with a major clog (pipe was blocked over 30 feet down). Friendly technician provided us good updates as he troubleshot the problem. We previously used a different plumbing company for a similar issue and the bill from Furuta was significantly less- Furuta didn't nickle and dime us with any hidden fees. Straightforward, friendly, and quality service. I highly recommend.

After going through ten days of standing water in my kitchen sinks and three other plumbing “professionals“ (receiving casual, flippant estimates of $400 - $500 with little/no inspection) I was lamenting my dilemma with a friend on the phone when I saw Allen’s Plumbing commercial on the TV. Seeing this as an omen, I made the call and was greeted.by a friendly, helpful scheduler and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday from 4-8. On Tuesday evening I received a call a little after 4 telling me that the plumber may be late due to a rough call that was taking longer than anticipated. At 8:18 I received a call letting me know that the plumber was not able to make it but would I be available the next morning between 8-10. I said yes (but okay, this cost them a star for this review, I would have rated 5 stars). At 8:11 a very pleasant, respectful young man showed up, took off his shoes on entering, and went to my kitchen. He opened up under my sink and thanked me for clearing the area so he could work. After looking for a couple minutes, he said he thought the estimate would be $175-$185. I mentioned I had a coupon from their website for $99, he asked to see it, and when shown he said “sure, good for you!” He worked for about 40 minutes and then tested his work. Everything worked out great, the payment was quick and easy and before he left I had a copy of both the estimate and my receipt in my email. My only regret was that I forgot to give the plumber the tip I had for him in my pocket. Great work, satisfied customer!
